@TrumpeterMedia @GreggsOfficial @JustEatUK @allysbears @chris_sutton73 I got my refund eventually, I told them I wasn't going to use them again and as a family we use Just Eat every week and spend a LOT of money. I don't think they wanted to lose our custom over an undelivered Greggs. (which my daughter paid for!)

Being disabled is having to rely on services like @JustEatUK to purchase overpriced groceries when you've run out of important items. Then having said items substituted for something unsuitable without your approval & being denied a refund.

Great start to the day. Order a fat boy #McDonalds breakfast via @JustEatUK and revive no food, but three drinks and an apple bag. Not happy 😡

Apparently @JustEatUK believes that refunds when items don’t turn up are “good will gestures” that have a limit in your lifetime. So if shops rob you enough, Just Eat won’t defend your right to a refund. What a disgusting policy.

@JustEatUK @McDonalds For reference. I have sent follow up emails twice and I am being ignored. I have basically been robbed. I have asked for information for the Ombudsman. Please provide this.

@JustEatUK I have been refused a refund for 2 items that wasn't included in my @McDonalds order. It's only McDonalds that seem to forget items. I've never asked for a refund from other placed I've ordered from. The items total nearly £14. I want to make a formal complaint!

@TrumpeterMedia I've deleted my JE account now after all this. Their service has just gotten worse over the years. Was only able to find their Live Chat after calling & speaking to their driver support hotline and having the very nice person on the other end direct me to it in their app.

My @JustEatUK order of 2 milkshakes, for me and my sister was over an hour late, arrived in a leaky paper bag and proceeded to pour milk all over my front porch. In light of this, it took an hour of arguing with JE to even get offered a partial refund.

.@JustEatUK have responded and apparently they have already ‘provided me with enough goodwill gestures’ so they can’t help me. So because my last meal was delivered cold I have to now pay for food not received. I’ve asked them for their address to send pre court letter

@JustEatUK appalling customer service! Ordered some shopping which has NOT been delivered! Emailed to inform you & ask for a refund to be told that your policy will not allow this? How is that acceptable? I have asked MULTIPLE times for a manager & my request has been ignored!

@MartinODow18159 @JustEatUK Yeah we couldn’t get through on the phone to say where we were and so my order was undelivered. And guess what? They have taken the money and refused to refund it.

@JustEatUK why is it impossible to speak to anyone about an issue? There has to be a way to speak with someone in customer service…hasn’t there?

Absoluey disgusted by @JustEatUK After phoning, and messaging about one of their drivers stealing my shopping delivery, all I was offered was a £5 credit and a refund. I've had to phone police, I've been hung up on 3 times by just eat, [1/2]

@JustEatUK so tonight the just eat driver showed up, chapped the door, mumbled something and then walked away, I think he's managed to lose my order so I'm unsure what I've to do... It's still saying it's due to be delivered on the app so 🤷🏻‍♀️

@JustEatUK 3 different orders in 24 hours two missing most things the third didn't arrive. Are you taking the piss. There is no way to reach you at all
