This paper identifies the contours of such an approach, focusing on an improved narrative, the importance of diversification, and of developing a new panoply of trade instruments.

It argues that development considerations must be an integral part of the EU's sustainable trade agenda. A triangular approach is required to comprehensively address the development implications of the EU's trade and environment agenda.

TULIP is excited to share this new publication, co-authored by @Colettevdven with @pascallamy @genevieve_pons, which zooms in on developing country critique of the EU's unilateral trade measures.
