Honestly the build to Double or Nothing has been outstanding.
Heating up RUSH the last few weeks for the obvious title match against Darby and not pulling the trigger till *after* DoN adds a lot more unpredictability to what was seen as basically a guaranteed MJF win.

Multiple sources say that AEW has expressed "real" interest in working with Mick Foley this year, though the capacity of which is not known. It was also not certain whether or not the organization would be interested in signing the 60-year-old, or if it would simply be an appearance. One source indicated that while they did not have any direct knowledge of Foley coming in for Double or Nothing, they would not be surprised if there was a push to use him on it if a deal could get done. Seth Rollins is a guy who wears his dad's suit and it's too big and everyone knows, including Seth, and it is very, very awkward. So awkward. The sleeves are creeping way over the wrists. It's not good. How did we let this get so far? Where did it all go wrong?

Seth is overrated by some, ridiculously underrated by others. It's like Michaels in another generation. One of the best but because it's WWF people had to act like he was the greatest of all-time, and the reciprocol was people later claiming he was terrible, which is bizarre levels of cope. Sting once said Seth was the best wrestler he was ever in the ring with. He did say that long before AEW, but that still would include Flair & Funk.

@MattD_SC IMO: Seth set himself apart early by being a work rate guy when work rate was not something WWE valued. Some would argue they don’t value it now, but at least in 2014-2017 they pretended to. Now the quality of his work in that time is up to personal preference, but he was (1/?)

@MattD_SC A breath of fresh air in a product that was pretty stale. I remember his heel work as ‘Plan B’ pretty fondly, but his face run against Lesnar and Triple H felt awkward and clumsy. After that he seemed to struggle finding an identity outside “the next guy up.” 2/3
