Remember how David Stearns personally went to Japan to scout Murakami....and determined that he wasnt worth signing. Yea....that's backfiring big time....especially on a super cheap 2 yr/$34M deal. Polanco at 2 yr/$40M to play out of position was worth it though...

5. Harold Fannin Jr. Fannin Jr. is smallish and not super-athletic. He produced huge numbers in a last man standing situation in 2025. With the Browns still in QB purgatory and set to draft Carnel Tate, now is a good time to test Fannin's trade market.

@allthingsmn This team has shown it can play OKC and San Antonio tough. I think Ayo is better than Naw was with us offensively. if Jaden and he shoot like this and it carries over , I don’t understand how we’d be guarded in the playoffs. We have a better record atp than last year

The sooner the Vikings admit and address their flaws the sooner they can be something other than an every-other-year contender to go one-and-done. Special teams coordinator. OL coach. Front office. Lots of bad drafts picks. Lots of bad moves. Absentee ownership doesn’t help.

However, Zebby Matthews takes the bump for the Minnesota Twins tonight. This guy may be the worst pitcher I have ever seen (besides Antonio Senzatela). He’s gone over this line in 12/15 games and has a 88% hit rate on the ROAD. He’s on average throwing 84.2 pitches a game (lower average when he gets pulled at 61 pitches on 11 hits like last start). Starters haven’t gone over this line often recently but Adam Mazurb did with 5 HA on only 4.0 IP. The Rangers are not going to just sit and roll over to end the season. It’s the MLB and they’ll likely have all the young guys floating in the lineup to make a name for themselves. This could backfire big time, yes. But it’s Zebby Matthews. This Guy BLOWS. 🤣🤮 #AllForTX

I’m surprised they left off the lowest hanging fruit with this team, that being their depth. Aside from the defensive line, they’re one injury away at nearly every position group, from having completely unproven players, some UDFA’s, stepping onto the field. That’s where the drafting issues kill ya. Right there. Depth

This is incredibly frustrating to read. It's just taking generalized data points without providing any context as to why they were successful, only stating it's "difficult to sustain." Why were they so good at one-score games and turnovers to begin with?

Jaden McDaniels was not on the table when the Wolves contemplated a trade for KD in February. I don't see that changing now.
