@easyJet Hi, please can you tell me how I apply for a refund of a flight which was delayed more than 5 hours? I did not fly on the delayed flight as I booked a later Easyjet flight rather than wait in the departure lounge for 10 hours.

@easyJet hate to say it but your ground staff aren’t helpful. I loaded my bag for flight #Ezy8421 but as it was leaving the paper tag got ripped off. So now it’s sitting transfer 2 Gatwick Fuel Farm and no one can either find it or tell me if it’ll make it to Ljubiana 🤬🤦♂️
