@WestJet WestJet gave us $15 vouchers that don’t even work! No info on where they can be redeemed domestic only or abroad too? Poor communication and terrible service. #WestJetFail

@TravelsofGreg It's really disappointing, now the vouchers they have provided didn't work, so I had to deal with that embarrassment. Awful.

@Tweet_at_will WestJet is so unreliable now. They cancel or delay flights at last minute, don’t provide a clear reason, don’t rebook pax timely, their IT doesn’t work, they refuse to rebook on other airlines or offer hotel vouchers. And their customer service is unreachable. Awful airline.

WestJet canceled my flight, and I needed to make urgent changes. I've been on hold for 90 minutes with no response, beyond disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with @SkipTheDishes. My order was cancelled three times, and there is no one to help, I've been trying to reach out for a solution. It is better to move on to Door Dash or UberEats.
