Last week, I was in the air to FLA when I got a voicemail from @thriftycars telling me that despite having paid for a car rental, no car was available. I called back as I ran to the gate of my next flight, no refunds offered. So I scrambled & got one with @budget instead.

Don’t use @Budget Workerclosed window in middle of day and said she was done for the day. Told me come back another day - I said my husband left a medical device. She didn’t care - emailed company - NO response!

@lagerandgospel2 @thriftycars @Budget I've had bad experiences with Hertz. Enterprise is a local STL company and have had good luck with them. They also own National and Alamo.

@Budget one hour wait in Buffalo and counting. One person working at Budget and one at Avis. 10-15 per person to process.

@lagerandgospel2 @thriftycars @Budget When I was a kid and flying alone to visit my mom, my connection got broken leaving me stranded with no flights available. I asked the gate agent and she pulled off a really clever reroute by having me take a taxi to another airport and board a flight there. -

Hey @Avis @Budget you’re DTW location is horrific. Lines at 2+ hours all day. And reading previous comments this is a common issue. WTH.

You can speak plain English to @Budget roadside assistance and they’ll act like you said something totally different. I don’t understand lol

Used @Budget to move to AZ from TX and I don’t think the experience could have been worse… delays for no reason, making me hunt for the equipment myself, and nobody would talk to me long enough to get anything done. I’d say do not use them if you want a seamless move

@Budget i had returned my rental car to budget yestday, however i havent recvd my receipt in email yet. Can anyone pls help?

Nothing like being excited for vacation and @Budget letting you know they cannot honor your reservation that you have had since March to get there.
