You are a shameless creature madam. Let me share my experience with Pakistani, I was 23 when I joined Huawei software cell in dubai, first time out of the country and figuring things out. My room was almost 10-12km away from office. I would travel via public bus service, and it was not that frequent. Because we were starting a new project the work would stretch beyond 8PM. My Pakistani lead would drop me back even when he lived opposite of were I lived he would drop me and then drive all the way back crossing the office again towards his place. And then after a while I came to know that he has a disabled child who needed more of his attention. And countless similar gestures. A lot of what I am today professionally is due to him. But assholes like you will always be there to spoil our image.
Nivedita Shukla@ShuklaNive

Im at the Frankfurt Airport for a 10 hr layover. I have been traveling around for years but now it feels different. The hate for India and Indians is at peak and we subconsciously feel every one is hating on us. It's been 3 hrs now, I noticed a fellow brown colored human being who took a flight with me from Dublin. Humble clothing, unkempt face, a ragged backpack and a faded jacket. Something told me this man was poor. Most ppl were either looking at him with a judgmental look that I hate or avoiding him completely. I saw him looking at the food menu at different outlets, the cheapest I guess. My heart ached for him, he could be a hard working brother who hasn't come to terms with spending Euros yet. I have brought extra food with me. I walked up to him with my parcel of food, I asked, "Aap Dublin se aaye hain?" He smiled and answered- "Ji." Then I asked, "Kahan ja rahe hain?" "Karachi, Paxtaan!' He said, beaming. I turned around and walked back to my chair. Jaa mar!!

@IndiGo6E Please stop misleading customers saying food is complimentary. There is no such thing. You price it into the fare and that's okay. Everyone knows if you have to save/earn half a paisa extra, you will. That's the nature of your business. You don't need to resort to these gimmicks.

Hi, we tried reaching you over the phone to discuss your experience, but were unable to connect. We would like to clarify that your booking included our IndiGo UpFront fare, which offers a bundle of benefits such as front-row seating (subject to availability), a complimentary meal, an additional 5 kg baggage allowance, lower cancellation charges, and free flight changes when made more than 72 hours before departure. The complimentary meal offering is route-specific and varies based on the sector of travel, in addition to the cyclic menu that changes daily. The meal served on your flight was the designated complimentary meal for that route and day, in line with the IndiGo UpFront offering. While it may have differed from your expectation, there was no deviation from the service applicable to your booking. Let us know if you require any further information, we'd be happy to help. ~ Karan

Paid ₹2,500 extra for Indigo UpFront expecting a premium experience. Instead of the wrap I had pre-booked, I was served a samosa and a ₹10 tea packet. I returned the samosa. A ₹2,500 samosa is a little hard to digest. You can keep it—it may help your profit margins. If this is what Indigo calls “premium,” it’s time to rethink the product. @indigo

@venkat_fin9 The rouge central government has withheld funds to states multiple times out of spite. So no, at least for whatever little autonomy is left for the states, they should never bring fuel under GST. Would've been a different story if we didn't have unscrupulous central government.

If petrol came under GST at 28%, your Rs.102 Delhi petrol would cost approximately Rs.75, a Rs.27/litre instant relief for every Indian. But petrol is OUTSIDE GST because states collect 19-35% VAT they will never surrender. GST promise made in 2017. It is 2026. Nine years. Zero action.

For all those what's app university pass uncles n aunties,.. The amount of gyaan some of you have is directly proportional to the number of WhatsApp forwards you read. If you'd paid even a little attention in your history classes instead of blindly believing WhatsApp University (RSS edition), you would've known that Motilal Nehru earned his wealth as one of the finest barristers of his time, long before Independence. @RahulGandhi 's legacy isn't from scams, it's inherited family wealth that existed before India was free. And if Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi had committed the scams you keep shouting about, why hasn't the Modi government secured convictions after 12 years in power? Propaganda isn't evidence. The irony? The same people screaming Pappu can't distinguish between history and a fake forward are the actual Pappus Read books not rss written . Verify facts. Stop treating WhatsApp forwards and rss written books as history textbooks. Maybe if you'd actually studied history instead of graduating from WhatsApp University, you wouldn't embarrass yourselves every single day. Sad, I pity you guys.

Surprisingly all kids who raised questions are meeting Rahul Gandhi. I mean either the kids think that we are idiots are they thing that Rahul Gandhi is smart enough to understand their issues. Either case it does not reflect well on their protest. If your protest is genuine you dont land up at the LOP house, something seems not so right about it. CBSE Kids, UPSC kids, Dipke return, Wangchuk joining, it seems one Bangldesh styled protest.

@badjourno I'm not sure if people are even noticing this, but @Uber_India adds on an "outstation" charge on rides from (maybe even to) NMI. And NMI has higher passenger service fees. That airport is a rip off through and through.

Mumbai has a shiny new airport. The Navi Mumbai International Airport — code: NMI —modern, and fully committed to being as inconvenient as humanly possible. Like a luxury hotel at the end of a dirt road with no address on Google Maps. Someone made the call to open an international airport, redirect flights to it, and then essentially say — figure it out, buddy. No cabs. No signal. No metro. But look, the interiors are nice. Let's start with the most basic of problems: people are accidentally booking it. When you search "BOM" — Mumbai's original airport code — NMI helpfully appears in the dropdown too. A few friends of mine found this out the hard way. They booked what they thought was a flight into the city, and instead landed somewhere between the outskirts of Panvel and Pen. To be fair, all airports are far from the city. You accept it. But Navi Mumbai's airport seems to have taken every inconvenience known to the aviation world and put them all in one place. My brother flew out from there recently after visiting his in-laws in Panvel. Yes, just a few kilometers from airport. He said he would have happily gone back to Andheri — which, if you know my brother's feelings about Andheri traffic, is saying something. There was no Uber. There was no Ola. The local taxi drivers, fully aware of this, quoted double the fare — because, as they explained without a trace of embarrassment, they'd have to drive back empty. Fair logic. And here is the part that truly do not belong to any airport terminal: there is no mobile connectivity inside the airport. So you cannot book a cab online. Before you land. Or after. The signal just does not exist. There are reports that this has been fixed, but passengers are still complaining. If your final destination is Raigad and beyond, this airport is your dream come true. No long drive, no traffic snarl, no existential highway toll experience. For those people, NMI is an absolute gift. But here is the thing. No one is going to Raigad. There's a metro coming. Great news. It will be ready in approximately five years.

IndiGo basically flew in a Pakistani from London to Mumbai to connect further to Kathmandu. Does the airline do no checks?! @IndiGo6E The Pakistani was inside BOM's most sensitive international area. Transit area technically. A potential terrorist. CISF didn't detect. Nor did @BOIndiaOfficial She showed off her Pakistani passport in the lounge. Ate food in the lounge. And you're telling me a potential terrorist was inside BOM T2 for ten hours scouting around?! Do you realise how IC814 started?! And she says she'll meet Mumbai again. In 2006, an Air India captain earned about ₹5 lakh per month. At the exchange rate of roughly ₹45 per USD, that was approximately $11,100 per month. In 2026, the salary is around ₹6.5 lakh per month. At today’s exchange rate of about ₹96.8 per USD, that is approximately $6,700 per month. So although the salary increased by about 30% in rupee terms over 20 years, the dollar value of the salary actually fell by roughly 40% because of rupee depreciation. At the same time, Air India’s revenue grew massively. In 2006, Air India’s annual revenue was roughly ₹8,000 crore, or about $1.8 billion. By 2025–26, Air India Group revenue is around ₹78,000 crore, which is about $8.5 billion. So over the same period: Air India revenue increased roughly 10× in INR terms and nearly 5× in USD terms. Captain salary increased only modestly in INR terms and declined substantially in USD terms. In short, the airline became much larger globally, while pilot compensation lost significant international purchasing power.

Well well well, There’s first for everything. Here’s my first time becoming a victim of cyber fraud. Today morning my Atlas was compromised and USD 69.99 was processed, an otp was sent but I was sleeping and still the merchant was able to process the transaction. Axis was very helpful and have opened a fraud dispute with card block. What surprises me is 1.) I don’t use physical card anywhere so no chance of cloning. 2.) Atlas wasn’t used anywhere internationally in recent times 3.) The last transaction I did was late night on the AirIndia website. First time I hadn’t used the app but direct website on laptop. Still very curious to know how was the entire card details leaked, I did a google search and this merchant has had same pattern with many folks. Otp comes but transaction goes through without OTP. Let’s see how Axis will resolve the fraud transaction!

The customer service interactions with food delivery and qcom apps have gotten horribly worse over the last few months. Seems they’re making reaching a resolution as difficult as possible so most will give up mid interaction. The issue is everyone is doing this and there’s no alternative so will have to live with it i guess.

Never ever take a Zoomcar. They ruined our trip and left us stranded. What happens when you rent a Zoomcar and the police seize it mid-highway? We had a ridiculous experience with @Zoomcar_India in Jaipur. Last Sunday, we booked a car in Jaipur to drive to Ranthambore. Number plate was masked on the app, so no idea what we were getting. We reached the car and it’s a Gujarat (GJ) white plate vehicle. I felt uncomfortable instantly, but it was too late to change the vehicle - this was the only 7 seater option available in the city. The owner reassured: “No issues. It’s been on Zoomcar for 4 months. Cops won't stop. Take my number if anyone stops you.” Within 45 minutes, we got stopped by the police. They seize the car, take the keys, park it in some random plot and ask us to call the owner. Owner proudly tells them that he’s been renting it out for months and never faced an issue. Police is adamant that this is illegal (and rightly so). The owner needs to visit the RTO and pay up. Any commercial vehicle playing for that long in RJ needs to pay Road Tax here + convert to yellow plate if used commercially. Road Tax alone would come to around Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. And then the cops just leave. So now we’re just standing there, at 38°C, in a random area off the highway. Owner doesn’t show up. Says it’s a Zoomcar problem and that he'll wait for their legal team to deal with this. Zoomcar support? Useless! “Err, It’s Sunday, our team will come tomorrow. And since your booking is still live, please don’t leave the spot; if any damage happens to the car, it’ll still be your responsibility.” Tomorrow??? And don't leave the spot??? We’re stuck in a live police situation and your solution is wait till tomorrow? We stood there for almost 2 hours before we could even figure out what to do next. Because of this: – Missed a ₹28,000 safari – Paid ₹12,000 extra for last-minute transport – Entire day gone After all this and 7 days of escalations, Zoomcar calls and says they’ll “refund the booking amount.” Think about this. No one would know the legalities of vehicle rules better than them. Yet, they listed this. And then abandoned us mid-crisis. And honestly - what if this happened at night, to a woman travelling alone? You hand over an illegal car and then disappear? I've been chasing Zoomcar for a week now. Let's see where this ends. @Deepankar8 @Zoomcar__India @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

Dear @airindia I have three quick observations to make about the latest flight of yours that I took to #Mumbai this evening. Firstly, the aircraft used a step ladder(+bus) for disembarkation, and it was quite difficult for a lot of passengers, esplly the elderly/those with knee issues (like myself) and those with hand baggage with handles,to negotiate the same. Kindly try to switch to ramps like the ones @IndiGo6E uses(which are easier to negotiate),wherever aerobridge is not available. Secondly,it took over twenty minutes for our bus to reach T2 Arrival terminal. The shocking reason,as I just learnt, was that the flight actually landed at T1 terminal! There is no point in a flight arriving on time or even before time,if the actual waiting time for passengers including transportation to arrival terminal plus arrival of luggage on belt takes one hour from landing time. 3. Thirdly, the flight landed at 8.10pm and baggage started arriving on the belt, at 9.10 pm. I got my bag around 9.18pm. As I left, I noticed several harried passengers still waiting for their baggage. Obviously this delay can be attributed to the fact that bags had to travel from T1 to T2. As a result, it took a total time of an hour and a half from time of landing to reaching the parking lot. That's not one expects in a domestic flight. Kindly augment your airport infrastructure coz this is not a happy state of affairs @GMR_Airports @DGCAIndia @AAI_Official

People keep complaining about @IndiGo6E ground handling so here’s my experience today at Khajuraho airport. Three check in counters open & manned but two refuse to accept passengers. Every one is directed to one counter manned by a trainee. As I am checking in I ask the counter supervisor why the other counters won’t accept passengers. “They are only for fast forward.” Me: I thought there was no fast forward any longer! “It’s not on the site but we do have it” Me: What do you get in fast forward? “You get priority baggage handling and priority boarding.” Me: If I had known I would have taken it. “You can still take it.” I hand over my credit card. He swipes it. As the luggage is being tagged I notice there is. no Fast Forward tag and ask about it. “ We stopped doing priority baggage handling for Fast Forward. It only gives you priority check in. “ But I had already checked in. I wouldn’t have taken it if you hadn’t told me about priority baggage handling . “I never said priority baggage handling.” Yes you did . I heard you. “Okay at least you can board any time you like.” I ask for the manager. The supervisor insists he never said anything about baggage handling. Manager: “I will not accept that my staff are lying.” But you think I am lying? He shrugs. The sum of money is small & the issue is minor. But given how much we have heard about the culture of lying in @indigo , firing one gora scapegoat may not be enough. The rot has infected the culture
