FBI Tip Report Alleges Rachel Chandler's Connection to Epstein Pedophile Ring and Child Trafficking in NYC Sighting
It records a tip called into the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) on July 17, 2020, at 3:03 PM Eastern Time, from a redacted source reporting information about Rachel Chandler. The caller stated that a couple of weeks prior, they saw Chandler, who appeared to be in hiding and connected to Jeffrey Epstein's pedophile ring. She was reportedly taking pictures of children with her boyfriend, Nate Lowman, a well-known NYC artist/activist.
In a related note, the tip discussed Chandler having pictures of naked children, not even from this country, and kids with black eyes on her Instagram.
