A former high school English teacher went viral with a raw farewell video after only three years in the classroom. She said many of her students can barely write a few coherent sentences, don’t know how to format a resume or cover letter, and increasingly just ask ChatGPT to do the work for them. Her blunt conclusion: technology and AI are making kids stop thinking for themselves. She even suggested we should probably keep smartphones and AI tools away from children until they reach college. It’s a sobering, unfiltered look at what’s happening inside classrooms right now — from a teacher who just walked away. What do you think — is AI quietly turning the next generation into people who can’t think or write without a machine, or is this an overreaction?

@KyleSouthall1 I pretty much exclusively used clusters last year when I tried to drive some strength numbers up. Combined them with wave periodization and saw some really good results

My own workouts are very similar to my middle school programming. Today: Bench Press 10x3 @ 73% in 10 minutes Pull/Chin-Ups 10x5 in 10 minutes (rotate between pull and chin-up every set)

@CoachJSmith_ @coach_smith11 That would only be true if roster size alone triggered movement. Teams must be bottom 10% competitively AND roster depth across multiple years + pass a safety gate to ensure they won’t dominate the class below. Prevents roster manipulation and attempts to game the system.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ another reminder that the AHSAA is a joke. No one really wanted this except the 1A-3A schools that couldn’t beat the private schools like Mars Hill and Coosa Christian. Nearly every coach I’ve spoken to doesn’t understand or agree why it is separated. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
