My landlord raised my rent $340. I asked why. "Market rate adjustment." I googled my landlord. He owns 34 properties. Manages them through 3 LLCs. Lives in a $1.3 million house. Has never fixed my heating properly. My rent increase is his mortgage payment on preperty number 35. I am not a tenant. I am a revenue stream who gets to sleep here.

@GrindeOptions We have already declared victory like 25 times. It means nothing. Iran will fight this for years. They are quite literally prepared for a 10+ year war. We will either give up or go bankrupt fighting it.

Iran will lose war, U.S. will declare victory. Oil will drop to around $60/barrel. The Dow will surpass 50,000. The S&P 500 will surpass 7,500. Interest rates will be cut 3-4 times. The 10 year interest rate will fall. Unemployment will drop below 4%. Republicans will win mid terms.
