@EmiratesSupport We paid for premium economy tickets and we’re downgraded to economy because of “operational issues”. We were told the fare difference would be refunded if we submitted a refund request after the trip. Nearly a month later we still have not heard back.

My report fell in deaf ears and you avoided any responsibility to my claim and passed the blame on to me. Then silence!
