$BBBY #BBBY🛁Chapter 11 Exit Time has come.⏰I personally wasn't sure if I shoud share this or not but after seeing premerger filing, final RC lawsuit case dismissed, $GME $AMC set for rally in October, I think the trigger would be $BBBY Chapter 11 Exit to break the basket in October 2024.💥 $BBBY new equity comes back, I do expect explosive short squeeze mimicking similar algo to 2022 August, Daily gap all the way to $76. In $HTZ Chapter Exit case, squeeze occured right after new equity distributed on July 1 after their Chapter exit confrimed in mid June filled all the gap all the way to $32, mimicking same algo as $HTZ 2016 July. $BBBY #BBBY🛁I would like to clarify my old post in regards to how the old $HTZ shareholder gains after received the distribution of New shares, Cash & Warrant after @Hertz exited Chapter 11. One of my YT sub & South Korean $BBBY Shareholders sent me an email with his calcuation from backtracking and found out how much he owned for his old shares. 👉Based on the calcuation, he invested about $13k USD into $HTZGQ at 0.8961. Quantity was 15,237 shares. 👉New shares was 0.09 of New $HTZZ for old shareholder and he received 1,387 from original quanity of 15,237 and when $HTZ squeezed to $26, it became $36K USD from $13K USD from his intial investmenet. Almost 3x. Old shares to new shares although New equity distribtuion seems little. 👉Therefore, he received about 9,828 Warrants from his original investement from $13K USD in Old Hertz shares (Warrant Quantity = Old shares x 0.645 = 9,828 therefore, old shares x 0.645 = 15,237 (Old shares Quantity) and He took profit $168K USD at $17 from his original investement of 13K USD & left with $98 USD. 👉Cash distribtuion was $1.5 therefore, from his oringal investement of $13K USD x 1.5 = 19k USD (Cash Payout) 🧸In Summary, He invested about 13K USD into $HTZGQ at $0.89 before filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy that became 16x to nearly over $220k after distribution after Hertz Exited Chapter 11.

I understand @driver61d1 opinion about $BBBY could emerge from Chatper 11 in 2025 Q1 or Q2 because based on current speed of Algo, End of March 2025 could be Short squeeze phase & I do understand $BBBY can be used as nuclear bomb to trigger squeeze for basket stocks. However, reason why I think $BBBY will come out earlier than 2025 Q1 or Q2 is that when you look at Naked Short Battle Plan, MERGER is one of the ways to knock down Naked short sellers.💥 Also, based on $HRTZ, they exited Chapter 11 in June 10 2021 and listed back in OTC in July 1 2021 and squeezed for 5 months and moved back to NASDAQ in November 2021. 👉Therefore, I do expect $BBBY come out earlier than Q1 2025, list back to OTC first and squeeze and move to NYSE w/ @tZERO, which launch in Q1 and MEGA MERGER w/ $GME @gamestop @Chewy in March 2025 and create massive short squeeze. *Not Financial Advice

$BBBY #BBBY🛁As @MindandEmotion7 shared what old $HTZ shareholder received from exiting Chapter 11 in 2021 (Pinned post below), I learned that early this year from someone from South Korea who was a old shareholder of $HTZ shared his post and this is what he received and in the second ticker, HTZWW is call warrant that expire in 30 years. He owned $100 USD that became 200K won which is about $150k USD. So I am really looking forward to Call warrants for $BBBY #BBBY @BedBathBeyond 🍦🧸

$BBBY #BBBY🛁South Korean Shareholder, @suerup417 shared this with me last weekend about How Unit can be listed through SPAC and after 52 days later, Unit can be split into 1 common share + 1/n warrant 👉Basically, 1 UNIT = 1 Share + 1/n Warrant Example is $ACTC. They had Unit as $ACTCU through SPAC and after 52 days later, it got split into $ACTC (Share) + $ACTCW (Warrant). 👉Warrant is given to investors as "Thank you" gift 👉DK-Butterfly (Fomer BBBY) listed as Unit 👉In September, @larryvc hinted SPAC in his post. 👉Therefore, It's possible to think that DK-Butterfly is going to be listed through SPAC in NYSE exchange and shareholder will receive the Unit and after 52 Days later, it would split into Common share and warrant. *Source: m.blog.naver.com/blacktree00/22…
