Here’s our PGY6 IR fellow, Pavan Kumar, presenting his excellent @NESIR1966 case, entitled “latrogenic pseudoaneurysm of the breast following screening mammography,” at our 2025 winter meeting. Wonderful job!!

CT-guided left SGC demonstrated promising effectiveness and safety in treating patients with refractory VAs. Thus, SGC warrants consideration for inclusion in a multidisciplinary treatment algorithm for VAs.

No moderate or high-grade adverse events were observed; mild adverse events included left upper extremity neurapraxia (n = 1) and transient Horner syndrome (n = 3).

Check out our recent collaborative retrospective study with UMass Cardiology and Emory Interventional Radiology/Cardiology on stellate cryoneurolysis for refractory ventricular arrhythmias. Intimidating anatomy, promising results!
