@USBank More than 10 business days since a research ticket was created for my Business Platinum Checking bonus (opened online). CSR promised 3-5 days, supervisor said up to 10. Zero calls, zero updates, bonus not applied. This is unacceptable. Need immediate escalation ASAP.
