Love this quote, especially for the creators and competitors out there willing to try. So much better to have tried than to have never tried at all!

Thanks for the well-designed workshop re: the NCredible Framework, conducted at iRobot by @meena_ko and @zarlashtah from @twigandfish. Also, the desk reference mailed to us prior to the workshop was informative, slick, and a great supplement to the workshop material! Nice touch!

Outstanding talk on "The Five Dysfunctions of Democratized Research at Scale" by @leisa at the conference #ar2020. She mentioned a UX professional who carried a phone case around that said "What's the user need?" as a visual reminder of the user during product decision-making.

Great to see @mleeblick ‘s talk on Riding the Synthesis Wave! Margot externalized and organized what can be an overwhelming and messy research analysis process, alongside helpful tips and tricks. Thanks #ladiesthatux for another great presenter!

Hearing the inspiring @meena_ko speak at the UXPA monthly meeting about “The State of Qualitative Research.” Takeaway: We’re focusing too much on the product interaction and not the actual people involved.

“If the UI of a product is bad, you can tell quickly. If the UX is bad, it’s also quick to tell. But if the behavioral experience feedback loop is bad (it’s encouraging bad behaviors), it could take months or years to figure out!” -Daniel Egan (Betterment)

“Think of a project that you’re really proud of. Why are you proud of it? Chances are, your reason falls into one of these three categories: It was challenging, it was impactful, and/or it was high quality” -Daniel Egan (Betterment) #fofnyc2019
