Decided to make a full, downloadable acronym list inspired by the work of @UFO_Technology last week! I understand I use a tremendous amount of acronyms in my projects, sometimes bordering on absurdity. I also understand that often people voice they can have trouble keeping up with all the acronyms! When discussing DOD/IC projects, programs, terminology, contracts, etc, it is far more efficient to utilize acronyms over full term definitions. So bear with me and hope this list helps for quick referencing of various terms, organized as best as possible. Plan to periodically update the list, but attached are images and a PDF of my most commonly used acronyms. #ufoX #ufo #Uap #uapX

The public is already ill-informed enough on the US's national security apparatus and I hope to see our leaders do better. Sensitive US National Programs are protected by a complex system of DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs), Intelligence Community Controlled Access Programs (CAPs), and National Security Council covert activity oversight umbrella Covert Action Programs (also Caps). Take SAPs for example - special national programs "established for a specific class of classified information that imposes safeguarding and access requirements exceeding those normally required for information at the same classification level.” SAPs come in three types - Acquisition SAPs (AQ-SAP), Intelligence SAPs (IN-SAP), and Operations and Support SAPs (OS-SAPs). These programs are built specifically for enhanced measures to protect national security - thus the number of personnel who have access to a SAP is kept to an absolute minimum, if an individual will not DIRECTLY or materially contribute to a SAP, that person does not have a NEED-TO-KNOW and is thus not granted access into the program. Furthermore, SAPs see 3 protection levels - acknowledged, unacknowledged, and waived. A Waived Unacknowledged SAP is one of the most secretive programs in the entire US National Program apparatus - with a classified or hidden budget and literally waived reporting requirements. SAPs have an entire ecosystem of governance, oversight, and access control with strictly defined roles on both the USG and contractor sides to maintain airtight security. This governance structure includes component-level SAPCOs, OSD-level SAPCOs, DOD-level SAPCOs, the SAPOC, the SRG, and the SSWG. Outside of all of that, SAPs can employ specific loopholes to COMPLETELY waive any and all reporting requirements, including making a White House non-covert action SAP (lives in a gray area between Title 10 and Title 50) and making a SAP "Content-Only" (essentially the SAP contains only Critical Program Information (CPI) and thus has no budget or reporting requirements.... a favorite of COG SAPs). Outside of CAPs, SAPs, and NSC CAPS, National Programs have an entire roster of loopholes and systems to hide activities that don't necessarily qualify as a SAP..... These include - ACCMs (Alternative Compensatory Control Measures) - MNTK (Managed Need-To-Know) Codewards and Constructs - DOE SAPs or SIGMAs (a whole other post) - waived or limited-distribution programs - waived or limited-distribution programs There have been some "leaks" or revelations of some extremely sensitive US programs/activities before. These include: - The UFO Legacy Programs - NURO: National Underwater Reconnaissance Office (This is an entire unacknowledged US Intelligence Agency that even seasoned Rear Admiral @GallaudetTim was not briefed on. Records of NURO can be found in declassified documents, not due to a leak) - ARMY SOD Yellow Fruit USAP (only exposed due to a series of general audits) In short, the US National Security apparatus does leak indeed, but is EXTREMELY robust.... To attack the UFO Legacy Program apparatus, it is key to understand how this activity set lives and thrives within sensitive US National Programs. President Vance, in 1983, Yellow Fruit was exposed due to a series of normal audits.... David Grusch says he PERSONALLY knows of a swath of misappropriation of funds used to fund these covert operations (self-funding, criminal enterprise, haircuts across programs, etc). Forget "space aliens" for a second and begin your foray into this topic by addressing these financial allegations. Also, Obama, if you think some guy is going to take a selfie with an alien, go see what happened when an INDUSEC officer took a selfie with a classified chemical nerve agent at Dugway Proving Ground. You know this individual would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, so please do not use such a poor example.

I came in expecting to record an episode with just Rep. Burlison, but of course, I excitedly said yes when he asked me to sit in on his discussion with Loeb and Puthoff. This, for me, was a very valuable opportunity to try to press on some questions regarding AAWSAP vs. AATIP, the DHS Kona Blue PSAP, some claims echoed by Puthoff's contemporaries that the Legacy Program reverse engineering initiative was halted in 1989 due to lack of progress, the absence of FFRDC and GOCO in Dr. Puthoff and his contemporaries' Legacy Program outline, and more. I feel as though I need another 4 or so hours MINIMUM to really come away with satisfying answers, as I reckon Dr. Puthoff has quite a few secrets and was far closer to the Legacy Programs than he will ever publicly disclose! That being said, regardless of disagreements I have with Dr. Puthoff or questions I have regarding his involvement in the topic, he and his wife were an absolute pleasure to speak with before the episode; very kind, gracious, and generous with their time. Now, following the episode, I did press Dr. Puthoff on some allegations I have spoken about before - that the UFO material transferred through the Kona Blue DHS PSAP from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company and its VP, Dr. Jim Ryder, to the AAWSAP/BAASS includes hull structure, bulkhead, general materials, etc., from the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash retrieval. Leaving my conversation with Puthoff, I am much more confident in that assertion.... While that particular set of materials from 1953's Kingman may have been quite tricky to exploit, thus Lockheed wished to bring in some minds outside the traditional Legacy infrastructure, I still vehemently disagree with the narrative that little to no progress has been made in exploiting, deriving, or reverse-engineering UFO materials. Thank you @RepEricBurlison for having all of us, thank you Dr. Puthoff for discussing some critical topics on AAWSAP/AATIP, and thank you @ProfAviLoeb for answering some much-needed questions on the Council and Governance Board!

Similar to @rosscoulthart I have heard similar statements from individuals within or on the periphery of the Legacy Programs regarding Mr. Elizondo. These allegations are two-fold: 1. From 2009-2017, Lue operated the AATIP, a cover program for several National Security Council-led activities at the behest of DNI James Clapper. This effort originated from within the Legacy Program onion (Clapper) and sought to push a partial disclosure/transparency initiative, culminating in attempts to establish Hillary Clinton as the "disclosure" president. 2. Separate from the AATIP, Elizondo has a very deep history within the Legacy architecture, specifically surrounding program protection..... I believe both of these allegations are not only true, but must be carefully considered, evaluated, and understood by both the public and White House. Lue said it best in a recent interview that history will remember him as a patriot or a villain. I do still think there is an opportunity for history to remember him as a patriot (I believe Lue believes he's operating as an American patriot), but time is running out, and there can only be so many lies, half-truths, and questionable actions before the house of cards crumbles...
