STUNNING CIA PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATION ON UFOs: From 1947 to 1952, ~20% of UFO incidents were classified “Unknown,” including 33% (!) of “Excellent” quality. In 1953, CIA instituted a sweeping government policy to “debunk” UFOs. Two years later, only 3% of cases were “Unknown.”
