I’m just going to leave this here. I am aware I am the account holder and responsible for my account safety with what I’m given to keep it safe. How much safer could I have made my account ? I had 2FA set up for Google and Apple I had Google authentication for Trainer Club yet it didn’t ping or flag the log in? I knew my 2FA was working because when my daughter was worried she logged into her account on my old phone to check if we were still friends (broke my heart when she realized they deleted her) my Google immediately flagged I had her also log into with trainer club on the new device for her account but her trainer club didn’t pick it up on the 2FA ! So that proves to me there is a FLAW in your Trainer Club login. And I discovered as well the Google Authentication only picked up my trainer club when I went to log into the website itself from the browser. Have some accountability it’s YOUR job niantic to also ensure the safety of our accounts. You pushed the “benefits” of trainer club, make sure it’s secure for us users @NianticHelp @scopely @PokemonGoApp

Left with 0 friends, 2 Shundos deleted, 2 hundo Mewtwos gone, my level 98% Shiny Background Black Kyruem from LA gone, my 3 level 50 hundo Metagross gone… and at this point I just had to stop looking at my account through tears. 10,000 coins I had loaded for go wild gone. This was absolutely a malicious attack on me for what reason ? Jealousy ? Just cause someone could. ? I’m extremely disappointed in Niantic support for their inability to aid in the PROPER recovery of my account. Saying they’ll bring this into discussion for the future to have the ability to recover someone’s account fully ? It’s bs. Other games have this ability and do it quickly and swiftly and don’t push the owners of the account when they can prove without a doubt the account is theirs and can prove without a doubt it was stolen. Billion dollar company do better. @NianticHelp @scopely @PokemonGoApp
