When I highlighted a common issue their users face frequently, they are asking me for trip details. Bro, your riders are cancelling rides in a minute after accepting; you need to look into it. I was not supposed to get these automated replies.

@UberIN_Support Which trip? The rider accepted the ride and cancelled after a minute. It happens every day. The concern is about rider accept ride and cancel that cause to waste of time. In the mean time might be I can get another rider who is really willing to complete my trip. Fix the system.

@Uber @Uber_India, when I cancel a trip after someone has accepted it, I have to pay part of the fare. But when your partners accept my trip and cancel it a minute later, then what? Isn't it a waste of my time?

@zomatocare My concern was not only the packaging. Restaurant ko forward kar diya? Aur jo app me issue validation nahi ho rha tha uska kya? Live photo bhi tumhara support system nahi validate kar rha. Kitne log frustrate hoke give up kr dete he. Ye user ke sath cheating nahi he?

@IndiaPostOffice is always a nightmare for me. It always leaves me suffering with delivery each time. I'm supposed to receive my @TheOfficialSBI current account banking kit. The bank provided me with a tracking number ID which is marked as delivered, but I've not received it yet.

@khurpenchh I'm a postpaid user with all my family numbers. According to @Airtel_Presence I'm getting priority services from them but the real game is that they have the worst network. No consistent network, voice issue on call, and very slow internet. It's everywhere but who cares?
