@OttoSuwen Yeah but stacking BTC and XMR never goes out of style. We can't forget that the essence of old school crypto was freedom from ANY government.

Being an American crypto investor must feel awful. When the Democrats have power, they intentionally stifle innovation and persecute genuine crypto builders under the guise of regulation. When the Republicans have power, they grift the hell out of the industry. The Trump family probably siphoned billions from retail and there's no way to claw that money back either. Both political parties have continued to be detrimental to our beloved industry.

Don Colossus might bring about the mother of all crashes. It could be a gift for those in cash IF they buy the right assets. In a real collapse scenario altcoins are all going to zero. BTC and probably privacy coins will be the winners.

@thevivafrei It's a sad film, and it certainly has aged well. It was an ugly look at America in the 90's and all the problems in the movie are exponentially worse in 2026.

I’m watching Falling Down for the first time since I originally saw it over 30 years ago. This movie has aged surprisingly well. Not only is it literally the embodiment of grand theft auto in terms of leveling up from weapons: from nothing, to baseball bat, to knife, to a bag of guns. Not only in terms of issues of domestic violence, where a wife could get a restraining order in the absence of any physical violence, but only in apprehension of perceived potential. But in terms of domestic issues of unemployment, gangs, veterans being neglected, mass immigration, drugs… Holy hell, this movie is something everyone needs to rewatch.

@JaydenLevitt I can agree on that. Pot committed to the middle in current conditions is like gambling with loaded dice in a shady casino run by organized crime. Can't fade scarcity and provenance though.

NFTs make the most amount of sense if you’re going far out on the risk curve. They’re art. Which is upstream of wealth. Or just buy Bitcoin. Too many are pot committed in the middle. It’s too much risk.

People still arguing about which chain is best for NFTs. ethereum literally invented them. it's right there ethereum NFTs are the punk rock of digital ownership everything after is just a genre that wouldn't exist without it.

I just sold 50% of my $TAO @opentensor today! Why? Because everyone on CT are shilling it! I don’t trust this pump, boys. JFY my strategy it’s quite simple: secure profits and buy back later. Now I’m just waiting for lower levels and a better entry! What’s your thoughts?

@0xBossman If you stick to proven Memecoins yes. Remember in Dawkins theory for something to be memetic it has to spread through culture and take root. 99.99999% of what's considered a "meme" in crypto really isn't.

It's been kinda peaceful accepting crypto is fucked in 2026 and rediscovering old hobbies. Been reading actual books again, hiking, collecting wildflowers, going to the beach etc. Looking forward to backing up the truck later this year after Trump gets rekt in Iran and we finally reach a black hole bottom.
