Her name is Noelia Castillo and tomorrow she will be the first person to receive euthanasia for depression in Spain. She was living in a supervised center with unaccompanied minors when she was gang raped by them. Afterwards, she tried to unalive herself by jumping from a fifth floor. But she became paraplegic instead. She’s 25 years old and today is her last day alive. Praying she can feel Jesus love before tomorrow and changes her mind. 🙏🏻

Just popped in here to reminisce. The Hippodrome in London. I remember coming here in the late 80s when it was owned by Peter Stringfellow and was an enormous nightclub. I just stood on the exact spot I remembered which used to be next to the dance floor and looked up to the balcony way up near the roof where a very, very large naked woman was dancing back then. It was incredible to just stand and transport myself back to that time. Now, it’s an enormous casino that’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It never, ever closes even for a minute. Today, I stood and watched a lot of Chinese people who didn’t look like they had any money, losing hundreds of pounds on roulette. Plus some Algerians in designer gear. People I most definitely wouldn’t want to mess with. They were getting told off for trying to be clever with their bets. A fascinating place if you want to stand and watch

A single-sex space by its very nature is not supposed to be “inclusive”.
It is literally supposed to be ‘exclusive’, in this case, to girls; whilst excluding boys.

It’s devastating that Girlguiding has announced plans to exclude existing trans girl guides from September. The Supreme Court ruling is being weaponised to bully previously inclusive organisations into abandoning members of their own community. The government must ensure that the statutory guidance enables organisations to be inclusive and protects them from expensive anti-trans lawfare.

He's played these tactics many times he always gives opponents an escape route to save face

Once my dad got to that stage in the care home, I got him out.
Yes, he was locked in and I was locked out. Yes, I was told there was no way I could remove him from their ‘care’ but I ignored all that nonsense, threatened to sue them for violation of our human rights and false imprisonment and they released him!
I don’t think many other people thought of doing that. And although most people love their elderly relatives, I think most didn’t actually want to get them home because they believed they weren’t able to care for them.
As it turned out, I wasn’t able to care for my dad full-time either (and got him a carer) but at least he wasn’t stuck in that prison any longer.
