GM. Day 10 Pinealon update. No alarm. Nearly 8 hrs of sleep, which is incredibly rare for me (might be a record, but can't say for sure). Nothing remarkable re: sleep stages but woke up feeling great. My biggest issue was sleep onset and that is vastly improved. N=1

@C_Hill93 @TheShreddington Careful with ambien. Had a terrible experience. Hope you get some relief though.

@TheShreddington I’ve taken literally everything you can think of and still can’t sleep right. Falling asleep has been a major problem my entire life. I’m done with the supplements and I’m going to inquire about Lunesta or ambien.
