lol don’t sign up to @PureGym — they unfroze my membership after the gyms reopened without telling me, took a direct debit for a gym that’s now an hour away from where I live & wont refund it

@alexgageoptom hey Alex, let me know how you get on with Pure Gym - they did the same to me (same amount!) and are saying I never froze my membership (I did!) and they can’t refund as a result!

@PureGym erm so I pay £18.99 a month and obviously my membership had been cancelled until lockdown lifted. It says £34.22 was taken on 20/8? Why!?

@emzzz_paynee Was your recent payment higher than usual? Not to worry this is a one-off. Our Ireland & England gyms opened during July however, we didn't charged anyone. So, August payments account for July - August access plus the month ahead as usual. No extra charge. #PureHelp
