It is a bunch of scientists who have independently pursued lines of academically rigorous inquiry and arriving at the same conclusion. 'Scientific consensus' is a very good argument.

It's the go-to crutch for feeble-minded idiots too lazy or cowardly to think for themselves—and it's been demolished and debunked so many times it's embarrassing anyone would still use it. Kruszelnicki is nothing but a pathetic clown, an arrogant, ignorant buffoon who hasn't got the faintest clue what he's blathering about. He has ZERO business addressing a Senate inquiry until he publicly apologises—on his knees—for the dangerously wrong, life-ruining garbage he pushed during COVID. @MissIgraine Echo PoC "radios" are mobile phones with a PTT mode. They only work when there's a cellular network available. An Echo PoC can not talk directly to another PoC without a cellular network.

@VK2AAF @EchoRadios @acmadotgov Is that purely because they have better/bigger antennas than our standard smart devices which also use LTE? I figured it was a combo of that and the transmit power. But there's no data sheet.

@MissIgraine @EchoRadios @acmadotgov These devices rely on cellular towers/network and don't directly talk to other PTToC (push to talk over cellular or PoC) devices. Their pwr output would be about 2W max but more typically 200mW. No EM exposure concerns beyond that of cell phones.

Nothing to do with their power output. They don't directly talk to other devices. They're essentially mobile phones with a PTT.
