@HeraldZimbabwe I thought she was going to visit survivors and find ways of assisting them together with families who have lost loved ones at the hands of murderers.

First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa today is attending several court sessions at the Rotten Row Magistrates’ Courts in Harare, in a move aimed at gaining first-hand appreciation and understanding of how the country’s legal system operates.
The visit follows her nationwide engagements with traditional courts, as she continues to deepen her understanding of the justice delivery system at all levels.
During the proceedings, she is listening to a number of rape cases as part of her efforts to appreciate how such sensitive matters are handled within the formal justice system.

June 25 marks an important moment for progressive countries in Africa and beyond to stand in solidarity with Zimbabwe as it contests for a Non-Permanent Seat on the United Nations Security Council.
Voting for Zimbabwe will strengthen Africa’s representation within the multilateral system, help counter hegemonic tendencies in global governance, and ensure that Africa is meaningfully positioned in strategic decision-making processes on matters of international peace and security.
More importantly, Zimbabwe will advance diplomatic efforts in line with the Ezulwini Consensus, which calls for comprehensive reform of the UN Security Council, including the allocation of two permanent seats and five non-permanent seats for Africa.
Above all, our President @edmnangagwa has served SADC and AU with distinction, he deserves to provide his nuggets of wisdom to the UN Security Council.

I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SLEEP TONIGHT. BECAUSE A VERY SPECIAL ENERGY PORTAL THAT OCCURS ONCE EVERY 47 YEARS IS OPENING.
On the night of May 19th to May 20th, at midnight, we enter a unique cycle where all past blockages are reset in the sky, and the universe declares a kind of "karmic forgiveness." We are in the hours when the frequency is at its highest for attracting money and career success into our lives. Five zodiac signs in particular will be at the very center of this powerful magnetic field.
Here are the 5 zodiac signs whose luck will explode tonight, and what they need to do:
TAURUS: Your financial doors are opening wide. It's time to translate the energy you've gained from the new moon into tangible results. The moment you affirm yourself tonight, saying, "I deserve this wealth and comfort," you'll see money flowing in from unexpected places tomorrow.
LEO: Career and peak energy is entirely with you. Your charisma shines with cosmic light. Before you fall asleep tonight, imagine yourself in that position you most desire, at your most successful. Tomorrow, a huge opportunity that perfectly matches that vision will knock on your door.
SCORPIO: Great shifts in fortune coming from unexpected places. Stop trying to control everything; the moment you surrender to the flow, abundance will pour into your life like an avalanche. Tonight, simply thank someone who supported you in the past and watch how your power of attraction multiplies.
AQUARIUS: A new generation of wealth energy that breaks the mold. Those brilliant ideas of yours that seem "strange" or "impossible" could turn to gold tomorrow with this powerful aspect. Make sure to write down even the smallest inspiration, that flash of an idea that comes to you tonight.
ARIES: Speed will bring you wealth. Acting the moment you think of it is the rule for tomorrow's victory. Before tonight ends, set a single goal: "The first thing I will do tomorrow morning," and do it as soon as you wake up. This single move alone can change your income statement for the entire year.
So why is midnight so important? Because this massive 47-year-old energy will directly penetrate your subconscious when the calendar strikes exactly 00:00.
Our midnight ritual to capture this frequency:
1. At exactly 00:00, drink a glass of cold water. This water, drunk at midnight, carries the cleansing energy of the solstice. As you sip it slowly, feel all the blockages of "scarcity" and "lack of money" washing away from within you.
2. Leave your wallet or the bank card you most want to increase your balance on, in a visible place on the table tonight. Let the universe's powerful light of abundance be sealed onto that material throughout the night.
3. Completely remove the word "it's impossible" from your mind tonight. This cycle is where everything is forgiven and reset. Release all your past failures, fears of debt, and regrets tonight so that there is room for the great abundance that will come tomorrow.
Don't let your energy drop just because your zodiac sign isn't on the list. The fact that you're awake by chance at this hour, reading these lines, is the strongest and most certain proof that you're on the universe's "special guests" list. The universe is telling you to "prepare." Luck starts working for you the moment you believe in it.
Now it's time to anchor the energy in our space. Step through this unique door by writing "I RELEASE THE PAST AND ACTIVATE ABUNDANCE" in the comments. Make good use of the times and steps I've mentioned.

One's bubble will burst soon.
This is a purely civil matter which did not warrant the police making a whole criminal issue about. Unfortunately CG Mutamba is all about money and has seriously degraded the professional state of the ZRP.
I was once arrested because he had been paid by the Chinese. When the 2 officers were asked what crime I had committed, they admitted they were simply working on instructions. I was acquitted!
This case transcends the interests of both the complainant and the accused, spotlighting instead the deeply entrenched corruption within the police force. The expectation of monetary remuneration to enforce the law creates a perilous environment for those lacking financial means.
It is evident that the police system is mired in corruption, with CG Mutamba at its helm, driven solely by profit rather than the integrity of the institution, an assertion which can be corroborated by his predecessor, Chihuri.
His seeming assumption that being Karanga provides immunity from scrutiny is dangerous and mistaken. Some of these Karangas are the biggest sellouts letting the President down.
However the bubble will one day burst. His shenanigans are too many and even in court we can defend this position with evidentiary support.

@ZanuPFMabvuku She was not recording the Public Enquiries Counter neither was she recording any Police Operations.
Your assertion is very misguided.
English

While the impulse to defend yourself on a public platform is understandable during moments of high stress, broadcasting videos from inside a police station is fundamentally misguided and legally indefensible. A police station is a designated state security zone, not an open arena for social media litigation.
Under the law, specifically the Cyber and Data Protection Act and provisions against obstructing justice, unauthorized recording and publishing inside a charge office bypasses due process and violates station security protocols. True legal defense is established through formal legal representation and constitutional rights under Section 50, not by attempting a 'trial by public opinion' from a detention desk. Emotional reactions must never override legal boundaries; standard protocols apply to everyone, regardless of social standing. @PoliceZimbabwe

NDS2: Zimbabwe Business Reforms Cut Costs
That is a major move for the Zimbabwean business landscape! By slashing and capping these fees, the government is essentially trying to breathe some "fiscal oxygen" into the private sector, particularly for small businesses that often get bogged down by "licence fatigue."
### 🏭 Manufacturing & Industry
The goal here is to lower production costs to make "Made in Zimbabwe" goods more competitive locally and for export.
✍🏽Import Licences: Fees for most items reduced by 50% (from US$100 to US$50).
✍🏽Factory Setup: NSSA factory approval plan fees and local authority factory licence charges have both been cut by 50%.
✍🏽Boilers: Registration fees for industrial boilers are now capped at US$500.
✍🏽Timber: In a huge win for the forestry sector, rural district council timber transportation permits have been abolished entirely.
### 🏗️ Real Estate & Construction
These reforms target the "bureaucratic drag" that often delays housing and infrastructure projects.
✍🏽Building Plans: Approval fees are now **standardized and capped** across all local authorities to prevent arbitrary overcharging.
✍🏽Permits & EIAs: Several building permit requirements and council-imposed Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements have been abolished.
✍🏽Registration: Contractor registration fees are now a flat US$20 nationwide.
✍🏽Occupancy: Certificate of occupation fees have been slashed by 50%.
### 🏦 Financial Services
Focusing on "financial inclusion," these reforms aim to bring more people and MSMEs into the formal banking system.
✍🏽MSME Banking: Introduction of zero-cost bank accounts for small businesses.
✍🏽Transaction Costs: Reductions in cash withdrawal fees and mobile money charges.
✍🏽Licensing: Securities and Exchange Commission (SECZ) fees cut by 50%, and RBZ supervision fees for banks have been reduced and capped.
✍🏽Infrastructure: Import duty on ATM equipment has been reviewed/reduced to encourage the expansion of banking touchpoints.
### 🏥 Health Sector
The focus is on making healthcare more affordable by lowering the overhead for providers.
✍🏽Wholesale & Pharmacy: Licensing fees for pharmaceutical wholesalers and Medicines Control Authority (MCAZ) pharmacy licences have been abolished.
✍🏽Laboratories & Hospitals: General licensing fees for hospitals and labs have been reduced by 20% to 30%.
✍🏽Professional Fees: Practicing fees for doctors, nurses, and pharmacists have also seen significant cuts.
### 💡 The "Big Picture"
While these cuts are a massive relief, it is worth noting that they mostly address one-time or annual costs. Business analysts have pointed out that recurring costs—like the 2% Intermediated Money Transfer Tax (IMTT) and high corporate tax rates—still remain the heavier daily burden for most Zimbabwean companies.
However, the "Single Business License" concept (introduced via SI 41 of 2026) is the real game-changer. It stops the "multiplication effect" where a single supermarket would have to pay separate licences for its bakery, butchery, and takeaway sections. Now, one shop equals one licence.

𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 are both a curse and a blessing for local agriculture.
The Grain Marketing Board (GMB) recently approved incentive planning prices—such as 𝗨𝗦$𝟯𝟲𝟰.𝟳𝟱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝘇𝗲—giving farmers a clear baseline to budget ahead. However, global economic pressures are threatening to upend these safety nets:
* 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲: Global geopolitical tensions continue to disrupt critical supply chains, driving up the cost of imported fertilisers and machinery.
* 𝗭𝗠𝗫 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: The 𝗭𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘄𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 (𝗭𝗠𝗫) has already indicated that local grain prices are facing upward pressure due to tight supply constraints.
* 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲: With domestic fuel levies remaining high, local transport costs will make it increasingly difficult for farmers to maintain their profit margins at fixed prices.
Fixed floor prices offer great predictability on paper, but if the cost of inputs keeps climbing, farmers might find themselves squeezed out of a profit. 🌾📉
Do you think government-set prices protect our farmers enough against rising global costs, or should the market decide?

I heard the Spirit of the Lord say,
“I am pulling back the veil of your limitations. You will no longer drink from the bitter wells of this world. Where you once saw only shadows and dead ends, you will now see the path of your breakthrough clearly illuminated. I am pouring water upon the thirsty and floods upon your dry ground. Your life, which was once a wasteland of broken promises and withered hopes, is being transformed into a watered garden.”

@IanECox Who taught you that the money that people make from mining belongs to treasury? GDP is a measure of economic activity in the country, not a measure of exports

Because a large part of Zimbabwe's gold is removed by unofficial channels in suitcases with none of the money reaching the treasury.
It's difficult and not worthwhile to smuggle sheets of copper.
Tinashe@baba_nyenyedzi
According to GoZ GDP estimates, Zimbabwe’s economy is almost twice the size of Zambia’s. Yet Zambia earns almost twice as much from copper exports as Zimbabwe earns from gold. On total exports, Zambia exports about US$4bn more than Zimbabwe.
