Besides great service, the reason for the fastest transfers is that VOIPO and VOIP ms used the same underlying carriers so they can transfer numbers easily without having to change the carrier. Again, we recommend migration.voip.ms/voipo for fastest transfers.

@VOIPO Thanks for the update and extension. I haven't seen an email. Is extension until 11:59pm Monday? Do numbers seem to be porting in volume yet? I've had a few port, but most are still pending.

Update: We were again able to negotiate more time with our carrier partners and service will be active until Monday. They will also honor transfer requests in progress by then so you won't lose your phone number. For fast porting we recommend: migration.voip.ms/voipo

@tyberco We don't have a specific time for the cutoff tomorrow. It's up to the carrier. Everyone will still have 2 more weeks to submit ports even if the numbers stop working in the interim.

We were able to negotiate an extension for 2 more days through Friday the 8th with our carriers before closing. We are continuing to negotiate with them in hopes of getting more time.

@RedBeardDev @common_sen5e Our merchant provider has blocked us from issuing refunds or charges for the last few months. We have been battling them over that, but it's still blocked. Please contact your card company and they can credit you.

@common_sen5e @VOIPO I have this same issue. They hit me multiple times between December and January for renewals. Money flushed down the drain now with the shutdown. Never going to see it. Feels real scammy, criminal fraud.

@Larry19534 For any refunds, it has to be done through the credit card company. Our merchant provider completely locked us out of our account and we have no way to issue refunds at all. Just contact the card issuer.

I have voice over ip phone service thru @VOIPO It appears that they are possibly in financial trouble. They are charging customers credit card for future service years in advance, they have no more tech support, and are not answering their phones. reviews are terrible for march

@TheButterZone This was due to the new regulations and us having to switch to inbound only. Sending outbound to another SMS number wouldn't be possible without crazy fees and registrations imposed on providers offering outbound SMS.

@VOIPO Looks like you dropped mobile numbers as a SMS endpoint destination type? Fortunately the only text I missed getting forwarded, was me sending to myself. If only Android 12 had native SIP support; apps love quitting in the background or not even relaunching on restart.
