@Larry19534 For any refunds, it has to be done through the credit card company. Our merchant provider completely locked us out of our account and we have no way to issue refunds at all. Just contact the card issuer.

I have voice over ip phone service thru @VOIPO It appears that they are possibly in financial trouble. They are charging customers credit card for future service years in advance, they have no more tech support, and are not answering their phones. reviews are terrible for march

@VerizonSupport I noticed a duplicate fee on my account. I called support & the representative started haggling with me about applying a credit (less than the charge) because according to him I’m a long time customer so he can do that for me. Unreal 🤪
