Update: We were again able to negotiate more time with our carrier partners and service will be active until Monday.
They will also honor transfer requests in progress by then so you won't lose your phone number.
For fast porting we recommend: migration.voip.ms/voipo

@HostGator Was up early, trying to contact @HostGator support. You have an ongoing smtp issue. Outbound emails take hours to deliver, or fail to deliver at all. Agent said your engineers are aware of it, but no ETA to fix it. I asked how long they have known, and she said, "many days".
English

@HostGator smtp email is not being delivered. This issue has been ongoing for days, if not weeks. They've been unable to resolve it. Cannot recommend @HostGator for web or email hosting.

@D7o2Silva @aljet11 @voipms Thank you. It's nice but they don't offer IVRs like voipms does unfortunately. I'm trying to find a good IVR provider. Looking at 3CX.

@PegasusRPG @StratIS30179934 @syixcom @voipms The front page forwarding still seems to rely on your DID being set to a working POP. Bush league programming.
English

@StratIS30179934 @syixcom @voipms There is a new DID Forwarding option at the top of the Web interface. (I hope for everyone's sake that it operates at the carrier level!)

@Liger_XT5 @Mila_Hawaii @voipms Can't you just setup an A record, register to your own domain, then update the A record as needed?
English

@Mila_Hawaii @voipms Just a solution for the time being...
Move your DID to another server, and update your configuration. The Attackers are rotating between servers, and it's hit or miss how long each server stays up. When I find out a server is down, it takes me about 5 mins, per client.

@SoftwareUseless @voipms I work for a hosted PBX service, and that's one of the measures we take. Our clients can whitelist as many Static or Dynamic IPs (DDNS) as they want, but those are the ONLY addresses that can ONLY access their cloud PBX. Works great.

@daniel37275632 @voipms It isn't just an IT problem. It is a Political problem. Our weak politicians (from both sides of the aisle), won't take action and hold rogue countries (Russia, China, etc) accountable. We should require extradition treaties with them, or at least require them to make arrests
English

@CanopytechC @brianjmurrell @voipms You need to set your DID to a working server location. Once you have that set, you can forward, or route calls normally. But if DID is set to failed server, calls will fail to forward or ring through.
English

@brianjmurrell @voipms We can't even forward a DID. when the number is called we get the standard "call can not be completed"
