If the reports of the deal are true, I wonder how that sits with the top stars/champs of the UFC. That deal would be more than 99.9% of the roster. Fascinating.
This is why I always say competition is great. When’s the last time we had a shock signing like this in MMA? Hendo to Strikeforce?! Wish we had 10% of this in MMA.

I can’t see any way that the rules are getting changed before the first race. If Merc have done what has been claimed, it would effectively mean that anyone running a Merc PU - Mercedes, McLaren, Alpine, Williams - would be illegal.

Following a vote of the General Assembly in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, Mohammed Ben Sulayem has been re-elected as President of the FIA for his second four-year term, alongside Deputy President for Sport Malcolm Wilson OBE, Deputy President for Automobile Mobility and Tourism Tim Shearman and Senate President Carmelo Sanz de Barros.
Members have also elected the new World Council for Automobile Mobility and Tourism and World Motor Sport Council, who will serve until the 2029 General Assembly elections.
