Added some crazy wizard stuff to the world toolbox, it's able to detect and cache every processed image, asset, etc and repair broken materials, missing materials, etc. Also added LTCGI support with a special check for stale data, thanks to @VRUnderground for that tip! But yea!

I have a situation. Is it normal for #VRChat to pack stuff up into a world upload from things not listed in the debugger? This world does not have 203 mb worth of stuff in it. I don't understand where this is coming from. its just not adding up :X

@rawadavr It was, make sure to rebake LTCGI even if you are not using baked LTCGI. Problem is fixed now. The new citadel is ready for tonight!

Ok the issue appears to have been that I had stale LTCGI bake data going damage. So a fresh scene with stuff removed. make sure to rebake your LTCGI stuff or it might be passively bloating your new scene.
This is probably not something most will run into as Oasis 3 architecture is different. But yeah the world went from 200+ mb to 70 mb
Gotta watch for that. :X

@Enigmvtic_ You have to select Best game object the select Compat then Best again quickly. Unity hides the settings, I think its a bug.

@VRUnderground What version of pro tv is this? Im using the newest and the Live events Prefab And i do not see those options i only have low latency and standard

Oasis 3.0 uses the ProTV video player. I decided to work with ProTV this time for its robust implementation and features. However, upon doing this I discovered something that may be effecting a lot of people all over #VRChat. ProTV is a very popular video player.
Note : I have only done limited testing for this solution so far.
If you run compatibility mode by default it effects the sound quality in an unexpected way that is often kind of hard to notice. The sound will stutter with a kind of buzzing EERRR sound. Its sometimes not noticeable but once you notice it you know what I mean. This problem can range from really damagingly loud to nearly imperceptible.
If you run the video player in Best mode sound quality is quite good with no real issues however people randomly have blurry video outputs. In addition to that double video player setups may cause huge performance issues for AMD graphics cards.
I looked through things and found that the default maximum resolution for best quality mode is 4320 or some massive number that is not even realistically supported in the game. I can imagine that any video card that attempts to run an 8192 output is probably not happy.
Here is the fix
Default the video player to Best quality and uncheck low latency and set the maximum resolution to 1080. Tonight ill have a true test of this but internal testing seems to indicate that this fixes the problem. If you run a secondary video player setup like I do then default the second player to compatibility mode. This seems to be working right now and I think others should be aware.

@VRUnderground Did you mention "for raves..." anywhere? no. Stop assuming that everyone knows who you are and what you do. You used a generic hashtag, hence putting this info to many other creators :)
Anyway, Imma stop here, learn how the backend for videos works. You might find it useful.

@VRUnderground Raves maybe, but youre posing this as a "one solution fits all"
And again, its "Max resolution" not "final resolution" ...
That means: if 4k video available, use that. If not, use next highest quality. Which is usually 1080p
Hence in mose cases, this wont have any impact on perf.
