📌 BIG EXPOSE Inspector Deepak Kumar Saini, of @DelhiPolice (Presently SHO Daryaganj) is on his 5th Posting as SHO since 2016) @timesofindia reported that same faces keep getting the most powerful field postings. Some of the cases which raises vigilance angle as per the recent guidelines of @CVCIndia ✅ Sessions Judge Saket Court issued notice to him in Cr Revision/9/2026 for allegations of shielding Constable Khushi Ram Saini who slapped a female Advocate Ms. Nilofar twice & grabbed her sister's collar inside PS Malviya Nagar when she came to file a complaint at night on 02.05.2024. Khushi Ram was negotiating a bribe with the opposite party when he got outraged by video recording by the complainant due to non action on her previous complaints. Deepak Kumar the then SHO Malviya Nagar did not provide victim the receipt of complaint let alone register FIR, refused to identify Khushi Ram, refused MLC of victim in nearby Hospital & supplied CCTV footage with delayed timestamps and crucial portion of assault missing in vigilance enquiry. The vigilance report found constable guilty of misconduct however the ATR filed in court called the victim's complaint "motivated" (Court Notice Attached) ✅ Delhi High Court in W.P.(C) 10884/2022 specifically directed him as SHO Malviya Nagar to prevent unauthorised construction at S-14 (Old No. 165-C), Khirki Extension. Instead of compliance, he filed FIR No. 663/2022 where the accused voluntarily pleaded guilty and walked away with only a ₹2,000 fine for illegal construction. (Court Orders attached) ✅ The Lokpal of India, chaired by former SC Justice A.M. Khanwilkar, directed the @CBIHeadquarters to conduct a Preliminary Inquiry against Inspector Deepak Kumar Saini, Constable Khushi Ram and the then DCP South (2022-2026) IPS Ankit Chauhan South District in Complaint No. 139/2025. (Lokpal Order Attached) ✅ On 20.07.2024, @consultsaksham was brutally assaulted with a lathi outside his home in Panchsheel Vihar. Despite a PCR call and video evidence, FIR No. 353/2024 was registered only four days later, after the assault video went viral across social media and ACP Hauz Khas publicly intervened on X. A Counter FIR No. 367/2024 was registered against him and he is still living with the consequences. ✅ In Ashok Kumar Chaudhary v. Jeena Joseph, MM Shilpi Singh, Saket Courts issued notice to him seeking an explanation as to how a sensitive FIR reached Hindustan Times and was published. The complainant alleged the the leak was deliberate, intended to damage his reputation. (News Article attached) ✅ The Delhi Police Social Media Policy requires personnel to remain apolitical and maintain the neutrality of the force. The attached publicly available photographs show Inspector Deepak Kumar Saini in uniform with leaders and office-bearers associated with a political party. 📌 Every FIR registered under his supervision, his service record, and the basis of each SHO posting recommendation by the Police Establishment Board deserve scrutiny. 📌 Anyone who has suffered due to his policing may come forward and share their experience. 📌 The facts stated above are based on court records, official documents, and other publicly available material, all attached in support. Public accountability strengthens public institutions. @LokNiwasDelhi @SandhuTaranjitS @AmitShah @narendramodi @PMOIndia @CMODelhi @gupta_rekha @CPDelhi @India_NHRC @CVCIndia @rashtrapatibhvn @JtCP_CR @JtCP_CR @HMOIndia @nityanandraibjp @bandisanjay_bjp @Saurabh_MLAgk @BansuriSwaraj @M_Lekhi @attorneybharti #breaking #DelhiPolice #DPupdates
