@airindia San francisco Delhi flight on 9 th Feb taking off at 2 pm local time instead of 9.15 am. Passengers boarded at 10.15 and seated for nearly 4 hours.... Shame on our national carrier. We start the journey with a simple sorry for the delay. Is that all you can say?
