Because as Mayor of NYC, I would tear out EVERY single bike lane, from EVERY single street and avenue, in EVERY SINGLE BOROUGH.
I would gut the Department of Transportation Alternatives.
I'd fire EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the DOT's brass, and sever EVERY tie with TransAlt, Riders Alliance, and StreetsPAC.

This is concerning. Florida’s jobs numbers continue to get worse. Unemployment shot up to 4.7% — higher than the national average. Florida lost almost 38k jobs year over year in March.

@ChrisDJackson Cute trick. Biden’s inflation peak hit families every day and those higher prices stayed. Trump’s 2020 unemployment spike was from Covid shutdowns and then fell. You don’t get to pretend grocery prices reset because the inflation rate slowed.

This argument is so stupid. When Joe Biden left office, the inflation rate was 2.7%. If we are to take the most unfavorable number of a presidency instead of where it was when they left, let's use the 15% unemployment that we had under Trump in 2020.

Mamdani in NYC closed a lot of potholes in March. But, March is always a big month for pothole closures. Does the increased closure rate continue in April?
Seems so. To find an April with more pothole closures you have to go back to 2017.

Obama did not run as a centrist. He ran as a critic of the Iraq war with a very populist message. He was more the Howard Dean side of the party, which is why he chose Biden as his running mate.

This makes no sense. Bill Clinton won twice running as a centrist in 1992 and 1996 Barack Obama won twice as a centrist in 2008 and 2012 Joe Biden won—again, running if not governing—as a centrist in 2020. How is centrism the problem?
