@AllanSseky @bismarckerisah Are you aware of school shootings like the one of 2022 in Texas by Salvador Ramos, who killed 19 students and two teachers. Do you know how many cameras were at school? Sometimes things happen in away one can’t explain.

The owner of that Daycare and the teachers should all be jailed until they answer how that man got access to school premises. A day care should have security cameras and police should analyse every footage at the daycare today and the days before. Something is not right.

If a certificate of mature entry expires before nomination, the certificate of equivalence equally collapses and cannot be used for purposes of nomination. I love how Justice @SPKinobe2018 makes his judgments brief. Walukaga could have seen this coming.

@ambrose_mugweri @Senor_Mitch One thing they hv failed to understand, the added part which wasn’t stated in the law was simply added as a reminder to the certificate holder to use it before it expires, they are trying so hard to interpret it in their favor.

@Senor_Mitch Prejudices aside, please read the Legal Notice. There is nothing there to suggest "expiry unless used to enrol for further studies." The Legal Notice deems the certificate to expire after two years period. Nothing more, nothing less.

For your easy understanding, are you aware that he can’t use that same document to apply to another university. Let’s be logical
