@Pod_Point It’s taken 8 months to get escalated to your “technical team” lol - how about you escalate to the “fix the bloody thing” team. Why does it take so long to repair? Took you EIGHTEEN MONTHS last time.

Hey
@Pod_Point
@sainsburys
Charger Fred-Kate B is now broken. "A" has been broken for over 8 months. Pull your fingers out and get them fixed. Took 18 months last time. Unacceptable. 50% of chargers on site are now broken.

hey @marks_voice - you have not used this account since opening, wondering if I could take over the handle? I'm a voiceover, called Mark too so would be useful :)

11 different interpretations of Quantum mechanics explained in brief ✍️
1. Copenhagen Interpretation: The "standard" interpretation where quantum systems exist in superpositions until measured, at which point they "collapse" to a definite state.
2. Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI): Every quantum event spawns countless parallel universes, with each possible outcome actually occurring in a different universe.
3. De Broglie-Bohm (Pilot Wave) Theory: Quantum systems are guided by "pilot waves" that determine their behavior, implying that particles have definite positions at all times.
4. Objective Collapse Theories: Quantum systems spontaneously collapse to definite states over time, without requiring a measurement.
5. Quantum Bayesianism (QBism): Quantum states are subjective beliefs about the outcomes of experiments, emphasizing a Bayesian approach to probability.
6. Relational Quantum Mechanics: The properties of a quantum system are relative to the observer and do not exist absolutely.
7. Transactional Interpretation: Quantum events involve a time-symmetric exchange of "offer waves" and "confirmation waves" between source and detector.
8. Ensemble Interpretation: Quantum mechanics only applies to ensembles of systems, not individual systems, emphasizing statistical outcomes.
9. Consistent Histories: Focuses on establishing a consistent framework to discuss sequences or "histories" of quantum events over time.
10. Quantum Logic: Proposes a modification of classical logic to account for quantum phenomena.
11. Participatory Anthropic Principle (PAP): Observers play a role in bringing the universe into existence through quantum processes.
None of these interpretations alter the core mathematical formalism of quantum mechanics, but they provide different perspectives on what's "really" happening beneath the calculations. The debate over which interpretation, if any, correctly describes nature is ongoing and remains one of the central philosophical questions in the foundations of quantum theory.

Can you beat me on this #ThursdayMurderClub challenge?

How well do you know @richardosman's Thursday Murder Club series of books? 🦊🕵️♂️ Or better yet—how well does Richard know his own writing? 🤔 Join Richard for a game of Whose Line is it Anyway? (not that one) and try to match some of our favorite lines to the characters! 💜🐾

#ExplainerVideo Producers. If you could have a #Voiceover on tap for as many videos as you wanted, for a single monthly fee - would that be of interest?

@andrewhunterm Of course they’re old, it’s fucking Morse !

To clarify: when I said I 'would' take the bins out tonight, I was giving an illustrative idea of something I *might* do, rather than what I actually *will* do (watch old episodes of Morse)

Rishi Sunak said today that the list of transport projects he outlined in his speech last week to replace HS2 were actually "illustrative" ideas for projects that "could be funded" and not necessarily the projects that would receive funding.

Quick reminder: as the last issue of @privateeyenews pointed out, over the last year GB News has paid sitting Conservative MPs more than £440,000 for hosting shows on the channel.

@Harry_of_WP @GeorgeMonbiot What a chump. Honestly you see some shit on this website, but man you take the piss.

Lord I hate this sanctimonious gimcrack. Science is not sentient, and is enacted by scientists laden with their own biases and beliefs, which have always and continue to prejudice our view of reality.
So in fact, science really should give many fucks about your beliefs.
