@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I paid for a digital tv installation last month. So far no engineer is assigned for installation. No engineer available in Airtel for digital tv installation? Or airtel earning money in cheap way from their customer. Can you return the money?

@airtelindia I have requested a digital TV installation so far no response from airtel. I have discussed with the dedicated relationship team and they mentioned they have escalated. Is this cheating the customer? I paid already and no response from Airtel. No option to cancel 🤦
