#USAA refused to talk to a 34 year customer, wow. All the people have left @USAA, looks like no one works there anymore, its all #AI and phone trees and #bots so sad, the end of a great company #veteran #military #insurance

@USAA_help I tried saying Cancel, cancel, cancel insurance, cancel insurance many times and then all of a sudden I'm doing a wire transfer, the next time I'm submitting an auto claim. Finally had to hang up because I don't want to get logged for inquiring about submitting an auto claim
