@tvlicensing I have received an email about BBC Iplayer usage but I do not need a TV licence as the usage was at a different address to the one I am registered at - the different address is covered. How do I confirm this without calling? I am currently not in the UK atm

@forduk I’ve gone to my local Ford approved body shop and they can’t submit the claim, and I’m not driving a 100+ mile round trip to book this in. How do I do this another way?

@forduk Hi, can you tell me how to book in a paint warranty claim? My supply dealer pointed me in the direction of a non-Ford approved body shop and my local one as found on your website doesn’t support Ford as per their own website

@GC_Rail Hello, I submitted charter compensation however this has been rejected with a request for further info, or details i provided are incorrect. My dashboard shows as claim declined but I have no idea what info you need or what info is potentially wrong… how do I find this?

@megabusuk i didn’t elect anything.. i just had an email stating it’s been cancelled. original booking was for 8:35am and there’s a bus that does the same journey at 7:10 am 🤦🏻‍♂️

@Viatecture Hi, If the trip is only to be amended to another time then the vouchers would still count. It would only be if you elected to receive a refund instead. ^Debbie

@megabusuk oh great.. so instead of changing my booking to a bus that was maybe 30 mins earlier i now have to rebook and lose out on those. amazing 👍🏻

@forduk It’s the correct unit of measure in km.. but not in miles. My service was carried out at 10653 miles, not km. So changing to miles still has the incorrect figure.

@forduk Hello, when looking on the update Ford pass app in my service history, it’s showing as being in km and not miles. Is there any way to have this updated so the service history is in miles? Is it a visit to the dealer who did the service?

@XboxSupport why am I unable to get a straight answer / some actual help from microsoft rewards? I’ve created 3 tickets and been told the same info 3 times despite stating that none of them apply to me when i submit the ticket. 😠
