Clients don't need to LIKE you before they buy from you LIKE is not the No.1 reason they hire you Here are 3 factors premium clients consider before hiring you: 1) K - Know (Your branding) What makes you stand out from others ? This is your personality, but not the way you already know Personality isn't just: - Your life story - Your growth journey - Your transformation story - ( Some even add pity story ) Listen.. Personality is showing the real you - Your worldviews - Your opinions - Your beliefs - Your takes (even the controversial ones) Truth is.. 50% will agree. 50% will disagree The 50% who agree are your real believers They're the ones who stay & eventually buy The mistake you make as a founder/creative ? You want to be liked by everyone - so you agree with everyone Hear me.. Premium clients don't see you as a leader that way Leaders don't follow - they have actual opinions which are sometimes contrary to popular belief The honest truth ? If you can't express your real thoughts, you're "living a fake life" & playing people pleaser And sadly.. That's an incomplete personal brand 2) A - Authority (Your positioning) Are you a respected authority in your industry ? Authority isn't just about what you say about your niche + It's not just what you say about yourself It's what respected voices say about you That's why when a trusted voice recommends you, you get the opportunity without further vetting Authority builds RESPECT And respect makes premium clients take you seriously before you even say a word 3) T - Trust (Offer) What exact result will clients get ? Can you prove it ? This is where you lose the client Question is.. Can you deliver ? Do you have proof ? - Testimonials - Past results - Receipts The end of every argument is results (proven results) Now.. here's the part you're missing as a founder/creative A client might LIKE your personality, but if they don't see you as an AUTHORITY or TRUST that you can deliver, they won't risk their business with you You need all 3 K + A + T You're stuck because 1, 2 or all are missing This is the KAT framework I used to build my brand & 40+ brands in 22 months It's simple yet powerful You've got 2 options: 1. Bookmark this, go through the guesswork, errors & delays trying to implement it alone (slower route) Or.. 2. Save time, effort & mistakes by getting help from the originator who has proven results & knows exactly what works (faster route) Your choice!

Design agency owners.. case studies alone won't get you clients Here's the system that works: Your clients are in 5 stages Most of your content only speaks to stage 4 Stage 1 - Problem unaware Stage 2 - Cost awareness Stage 3 - Solution aware Stage 4 - Proof/case studies Stage 5 - Offer I see a lot of agencies posting Stage 4 & 5 content only, then wonder why it doesn't convert The reason ? Your audience are not ready Educational content moves people from Stage 1 to 3 Then case studies close them Post for all 5 stages That's how you get results

A 7-figure founder found me through a keyword search on X - I didn't pitch him - Didn't cold outreach him - Didn't even know he existed He searched for specific terms related to what I do & my content came up He read it Trusted it… & reached out That's inbound-maxxing It doesn't happen by accident It happens because: - You're consistently creating content around specific keywords - Your positioning is super clear in your niche - You have proof that you can deliver results - You've built enough trust that a stranger feels safe reaching out Truth is.. Premium clients don't like stress when hiring They want to find someone they already trust Be that person by the time they search

2 things you need to win in web3 1. A “well-positioned” personal brand - Makes people come to you instead of you chasing them 2. Relationships/connections Just one is enough to open doors for you Even with your skills, you'll be stuck if you don't have any No.1 is easier & more sustainable

Your posts build an audience. Your replies build a community. Most founders do only one and miss the other. Here's why replies build relationships faster… When someone shares. a small experience, opinion, or lesson in a reply… They’re being vulnerable. Not just that… They stepped into your space and said something real you can feel. How you respond in that moment DETERMINES whether they become a passive follower or an active believer. And thinking about likes or retweets then… Vanity metrics. Active engagement is real currency. A great reply says… I see you. I understand what you’re actually saying. And here’s something that makes this even more valuable. That’s not engagement. That’s relationship-building in real time, with real honesty. The founders who have the most loyal communities on X aren’t the ones with the best posts. They’re the ones who show up in replies consistently enough that their audience feels known. Big posts get eyes, but replies create personal connection without permission. That’s what I build for my clients. Not just impressions. Connection that converts. Numbers feel good, but building meaningful engagement makes money.

Design agency owners.. the more authentic you are, the less competition you face Every time you post a generic, safe, polished opinion, you sound like a thousand other agency founders But whenever you post something real.. something only you could have written (from your experience), you sound like nobody else There are millions of designers But there's one YOU Truth is.. Premium clients aren't just hiring a design agency They're hiring.. - A worldview - A perspective - A specific way of seeing problems & solving them That's what premium clients pay for Not just pixels Not just aesthetics But your unique perspective on what great web3 branding actually means Develop that perspective & repeat it until it's undeniable

Web3 is like a university You have friends in other departments, even in the same faculty as you.. + there are other shiny extracurricular activities that call your attention If you try to get involved in all departments, faculties & extracurricular activities, forgetting the main reason why you came into uni in the first place ? You'll end up having an extra year, or probably not graduate at all

From a mile away, I can spot a page handled by a social media manager The content is so predictable - Perfect punctuation - Perfect grammar - Perfect formatting - Generic meme posts every friday - Community engagement post on Saturday.. lmao - On Monday: “Happy new, let's crush this week” - Posts a content to seek validation then ends with: “Do you agree?” 0 personality 0 raw opinions Everything's so polished it feels like Chatgpt’s handwork No room to be flexible No room to say what you actually think Just safe content Why ? Because SM managers are hired to follow brand guidelines They're taught to: - Post consistently - Avoid controversy - Stay on-brand (that's boring buddy) - Get numerous approvals before posting & it must have lost its depth before getting to the TL Listen friend.. A founder-led content should: - Be raw & unfiltered - Be authoritative - Sound like a human - Have opinions - Be willing to piss people off (just like what you're reading rn) - Get remembered That's why founders who post themselves or get super good ghostwriters/co-writers get 10x more results than their SM manager ever could

Today I charged someone for a brand strategy call We started our careers the same year The difference ? I spent 22 months doing one thing consistently They spent 22 months starting & stopping Trying everything.. & known for nothing Now they're paying for clarity Not to flex, but truth is... If you don't maximize your time, someone who should be your peer will become your mentor

I see ghostwriters selling writing and wonder why they aren't getting clients The brutal truth ? Clients don't care about your writing They care about what the writing does for their business They're two different things A quick example... Weak offer: “I'll help you nail your voice and sound exactly like you” (who even still says this..) Better, but still weak: “I'll build your brand narrative and get you high impressions” (Question: how does it add revenue to my business?) Premium offer: “I help web3 design agency founders attract $5k-$15k contracts through strategic content that converts readers into inbound leads” See how the last one speaks to a specific person, a specific outcome, and a specific result ? That's what premium clients pay for - Not writing - Not impressions - Not going viral They pay for REVENUE If you can't connect your service to a client's revenue, you'll always compete on price Build your offer around outcomes & see how premium clients come to you

No one comes to you for help if you're known for nothing 22 months ago, I had no credibility in web3 - 0 clients - 0 portfolio - 0 proof But I did one thing consistently: Showed up & shared what I knew every single day without apology The result ? - Consulting clients came without pitching - Mentorship requests came without promoting - A 7-figure founder found me through keyword search - 2 clients found me through Grok These guys weren't chased They were attracted - By my results - By my authority - By my consistency You don't build trust by telling people to trust you Nah.. You build it by showing up with value over & over again until trust is the only logical response No one comes to you for help if: - You aren't trustworthy - You're known for nothing - You have no track record - You have no proven results Fix all four & watch what happens 🤌
