@RaghunandanraoM Respected MP garu, Mamnoor Airport land has been handed over to Airport authority of India. The work has to be started from central government now. We people of Warangal are eagerly waiting for Airport in our city.

లోక్ సభ జీరో అవర్ లో మాట్లాడిన మెదక్ ఎంపీ రఘునందన్ రావు గారు. భాగ్యనగరం లో ఒకే ఒక్క ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ ఉంది. అది శంషాబాద్ లో శంషాబాద్ ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ కెపాసిటీ ఏటా 40 లక్షల ప్రయాణికులు మాత్రమే 2025-26 లెక్కల ప్రకారం ఇప్పటికే 35 లక్షల ప్యాసింజర్స్ ప్రయాణం చేశారు తెలంగాణ లో ఒకటే ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ ఉంది ఆంధ్రా లో ఎనిమిది ఉన్నాయి అంటున్నారు కానీ మోదీ సర్కారు వచ్చాక మామునూరు, ఆదిలాబాద్ ల లో విమానాశ్రయాలు మంజూరు చేశారు తెలంగాణ సర్కారు వెంటనే భూసేకరణ జరిపి నూతన విమానాశ్రయాల నిర్మాణం కోసం మద్దతు ఇవ్వాలి తెలుగు వ్యక్తి రామ్మోహన్ నాయుడు గారు కేంద్ర మంత్రిగా ఉన్నప్పుడే జరగాలని కోరుకుంటున్న శంషాబాద్ విమానాశ్రయం లో కూడా రెండవ టెర్మినల్ కూడా వెంటనే పూర్తి చేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి.

వరంగల్ విమానాశ్రయ రన్‌వే కుదింపు! పెద్ద విమానాలిక్కడ దిగలేవు తెలుగు స్క్రైబ్ ఎక్స్‌క్లూజివ్: వరంగల్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే - 2.5 కి.మీ. బేగంపేట ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే - 3.2 కి.మీ. శంషాబాద్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే 4.2 కి.మీ. విజయవాడ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే 3.36 కి.మీ. గత రెండేళ్లుగా వరంగల్ వాసులను ఊరిస్తున్న రేవంత్ ప్రభుత్వం చివరికి ఊసురోమనిపించింది. వరంగల్‌లో అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి విమానాశ్రయం కడుతున్నం అని భారీస్థాయిలో ప్రచారం చేసుకున్న రాష్ట్ర కాంగ్రెస్, కేంద్ర బీజేపీ సర్కార్లు, చివరికి రన్‌వే సైజును కేవలం 2.5 కిలోమీటర్లకు కుదించి వరంగల్ ప్రజలను నిరుత్సాహానికి గురిచేశారు. కనీసం 2.9 కిలోమీటర్ల రన్‌వే ఉంటే కానీ పెద్ద విమానాలు, అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాలు (వైడ్ బాడీ) దిగడానికి వీలు కాదు. అలాంటప్పుడు కేవలం 2.5 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవైన రన్‌వేతో వరంగల్ విమానాశ్రయం కట్టాలని నిర్ణయించడం అందరినీ ఆశ్చర్యానికి గురిచేసింది. గమనించాల్సిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నప్పుడు వరంగల్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టును 3.9 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవైన రన్‌వేతో కట్టాలని ప్రతిపాదించారు. అలా కట్టి ఉంటే ప్రపంచంలోని అతి పెద్ద విమానం కూడా ఇక్కడ ల్యాండ్ అయ్యే సౌకర్యం ఉండేది. వరంగల్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు టెక్నో ఎకనామిక్ ఫీజిబిలిటీ రిపోర్టులో కూడా రన్‌వే పొడవు 2.9 కిలోమీటర్లు ఉంటుంది అని స్పష్టంగా పేర్కొన్నారు. తీరా ఈ వారం కేంద్ర మంత్రులు కిషన్ రెడ్డి, కింజరపు రాం మోహన్ నాయుడు సమావేశమయ్యి అనంతరం ఇచ్చిన ప్రకటనలో ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే పొడవు 2.5 కిలోమీటర్లుగా పేర్కొన్నారు. అంటే దీనర్ధం వరంగల్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు కేవలం చిన్న డొమెస్టిక్ విమానాలు మాత్రమే దిగేందుకు వీలుగా ఉంటుంది. పెద్ద డొమెస్టిక్ విమానాలు కానీ, అంతర్జాతీయ విమాన సర్వీసులు కానీ నడపడానికి ఈ రన్‌వేతో వీలు కాదు. ఈ విషయం తెలిసినప్పటి నుండి వరంగల్ నెటిజెన్లు తీవ్ర అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ఎప్పుడో వందేళ్ళ క్రితం కట్టిన హైదరాబాద్ బేగంపేట ఎయిర్‌పోర్టులోనే 3.2 కిలోమీటర్ల రన్‌వే ఉంది. ఇక 2008లో మొదలైన శంషాబాద్ విమానాశ్రయం రన్‌వే ఏకంగా 4.2 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవు ఉంటుంది. పక్క రాష్ట్రంలోని విజయవాడ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు రన్‌వే పొడవు 3.36 కిలోమీటర్లు ఉండగా వైజాగ్ విమానాశ్రయంలో రన్‌వే పొడవు 3.0 కిలోమీటర్లు ఉంది. మరి అత్యాధునికంగా, అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలతో కడతాం అంటున్న వరంగల్ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు కేవలం 2.5 కిలోమీటర్ల బుజ్జి రన్‌వేతో కడితే ఏం ప్రయోజనం అనే చర్చ ఇప్పుడు మొదలైంది.

@iNagTweets @MC_GWMC There are no proper street lights in BR Nagar of 32nd division. No garbage collection, no drainage cleaning done in regular intervals. Man you need to make a surprise visit to BR nagar to really know our pain. Municipal staff over here are like a passing cloud 🙏

Street lights are not glowing again at Hunter Road, right opposite Vishal Mart. This always happens. The lighting system across the city seriously needs to be improved. Poor maintenance by @MC_GWMC as usual, majority of the time, this issue keeps happening in one area or another. It’s frustrating to see such poor lighting all over the city, especially at night when it’s actually needed !!

@MC_GWMC With all due respect, BR Nagar of 32nd division is completely neglected in every way possible. No proper garbage collection,no proper street lights,no drainage cleaning,no fogging. Sad thing is that we have to remind Jawan that they have to do their work.Pls do needful🙏

Fogging is never happening in past 6/7 months. We are forced to throw garbage out & burn it when it’s piling up. There is no dedicated municipal worker for our BR Nagar area in 32nd division. No proper street lights, no nala clearing, no fogging.

@Collector_WGL @MC_GWMC @SudhaRani_Gundu @iamkondasurekha Why are we paying taxes for collecting garbage & cleaning drainage when that’s not even happening even after requesting multiple times? Garbage collection vehicle comes 1 in week. Drainage will not be cleaned for ever.

@KTRBRS It took you more than 9 years & you people couldn’t even finish it. You guys should be ashamed for insulting The great Kaloji Garu by neglecting to complete an auditorium which has been named after him. You couldn’t do it in 9years, the current government completed in 9months.
