@Vikingham24 If I remember correctly last year was supers on the first day then third sets on the second following complaints on day one. Figured they'd go full thirds the whole way this year. Extremely disappointing if true...

UPDATE: #1 Dylan Schulte def #2 Will Feagler in super tiebreaker. If these two meet again in the State Championship a full third set seems likely!

@IowaTennisPoll My disagreements ⬇️ Waukee beat Dowling 6-3. Enough said. Although Shenandoah is undefeated, teams like Boone, Assumption, and AP should be rewarded for their tough schedules and be ahead of them. CF should just not be ranked. Kennedy 1000% deserves that top 10 spot

@The_Professor5 @Simpanic Maybe don’t have people missing? This is exactly why the seeding is not working, coaches are voting based on what’s beneficial for them rather than actual results. This isn’t just NW/Valley, Clinton beat PV 6-3 and are behind them. Let’s vote with integrity with results.

Looks to be state tournament teams and seeding are predetermined prior to the season, and results are ignored. Pretty tough precedent set with the 2A seeding.

@iowahstennis We had 5 JV only meets in Boone this year! Been a goal of mine the past few years! Important for them to play meaningful matches before they get to varsity.

Incredible idea. While there are some areas with JV teams and have some sort of a schedule together, the more matches for players the better! Take advantage of this coaches!

@postiniowa Already have this issue with some places playing 8 game pro, and some playing 2/3. It needs to be the same for everything, whatever that is, postseason and regular season. 8 game pros in Singles should not be weighted the same as 2/3 in singles.

This doesn’t make sense at all. No-AD scoring all season and then make the entire postseason AD scoring. Why? Personally, would’ve liked to see it no-Ad all of high school tennis but with full 3rds in postseason.
