Our wallets. Our security. EVERYTHING is at stake The MAGA Majority is GROWING! The latest 8 Trump-endorsed candidates are building powerhouse campaigns to WIN in November, lower costs & keep their communities safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

🚨 Today, the America First Policy Institute filed a lawsuit challenging the Washington State Department of Corrections’ policy housing male inmates who identify as women in the state’s prison for women. The suit was filed on behalf of plaintiffs Fair for All, Inc. and Faith Booher-Smith, a female inmate at the Washington Corrections Center for Women who alleges she was violently attacked by a male inmate transferred into the facility under the challenged policy.

Does capturing federal tax dollars to provide supplemental educational services for ALL New Mexican children whose families earn under 300% of poverty sound like a good idea? That federal tax credit starts next year! $1700 single/ $3400 couples (dollar for dollar) Ask the candidates running for governor if they plan to opt into the Federal Education Freedom Tax Credit.

Thank you to the Secret Service and law enforcement officers who stepped up to keep everyone safe at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. I am wishing the injured officer a speedy recovery and am grateful for their service.

I am extremely grateful to law enforcement for acting so quickly at today’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and relieved to hear that all in attendance are unharmed. But let me be clear: this violence is unacceptable, and I condemn it in the strongest possible terms. Violence has no place in our democracy.

It’s time for a nationwide audit of Medicaid. Every governor can be part of the solution or part of the problem.

New Mexico is moving on up! We now rank seventh in the nation for preschool access for 3-year-olds, and eleventh for 4-year-olds, according to a new report from the National Institute for Early Education Research. We're also 5th in state spending per child. This the direct result of New Mexico prioritizing and investing in early childhood education. The study also shows our state met nine out of 10 benchmarks for quality — and the 16,429 New Mexico children who enrolled in PreK last year are reaping the benefits. Additional information about the 2025 State of Preschool Yearbook, including state profiles, maps, graphs and rankings, is available at: nieer.org #EarlyChildhoodEducation #PreschoolAccess #EducationInvestment

Did you know New Mexico has among the highest error rate of SNAP benefits in the nation at 14%, largely due to overpayments of FEDERAL TAX DOLLARS?! SNAP is a lifeline in rural New Mexico, but public confidence in that lifeline matters. When eligibility rules are stretched beyond their intent, the program becomes weaker, less credible, and ultimately less reliable for the families who depend on it most. It time we work to protect this program for those who need it most. nmlegis.gov/Legislation/Le…
