For decades, New Mexicans have been told to blame Republicans and the @NewMexicoGOP for the problems facing our state. But here’s the reality: @NMDEMS have controlled the New Mexico Legislature for approximately 95% of the last 100 years — including continuous control of at least one chamber since 1931. They controlled the budgets. They controlled education policy. They controlled public safety laws. They controlled healthcare expansion. They controlled economic policy. Yet New Mexico continues to rank near the bottom nationally in crime, child well-being, education, poverty, and healthcare. At some point, accountability matters. You cannot govern a state for nearly a century and still blame the minority party for the results. This isn’t about party loyalty. It’s about outcomes. New Mexico deserves leadership focused on results, not excuses.

Ethanol mandates suck. American consumers should be free to decide whether to put corn in their gas tanks. Would you prefer to make that decision yourself—rather than having it made for you by Congress?

The U.S. 30-Year Yield is now 5.03%. It has only been higher for a handful of days in the last 19 years. And it is now just 8 basis points from a new 19-year high.

Over half that was covered by a state bailout. The rest was from cutting pension investments, which will just balloon pension costs down the road. So great job?

This is a great system @AlexEpstein has put together. I just used it. And NM is not a corn producing state (in case you didn't know) meaning that we get nothing out of ethanol but more pollution, higher food costs, and wasted money. @NM4Opportunity @NMOilAndGas @IPANewMexico
