VinylBox for iOS

@Mixondg Discogs seems to have fixed the issue, so VinylBox should begin syncing again! Please let me know if you're still having issues. Thanks again for reporting this!

@VinylBox_App I need assistance. I have the app on my iPhone and it has all off a sudden stopped syncing with Discogs. I get an error message that says I’m not allowed to view this resource. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have gone into Discogs and tried there

@Mixondg Please be assured that your collection is safe - VinylBox syncs your collection and Wantlist to Discogs, so it is safely stored online. Once Discogs resolves their issues, your collection can begin syncing again. [2/3]

@VinylBox_App Hey there, been with you since the dawn & still loving the ‘ever-improving’ app however, on iOS 18 I’m getting a glitch where I can’t view my wantlist (blank screen) - every other feature works 👍🏻

@Jaysbee66 Thanks for the info and recording! I added that error message to help debug this and it helped! I’ve just submitted an update to Apple that fixes this issue, it should be available in the next 24-48 hours.

@VinylBox_App Hiya bud, just installed y’day’s update in hope it would have fixed previous issue - the ‘wantlist’ response has changed but still not working for me … (notice after hitting ‘retry’ the diff error txt)

@silversurfer42 Hi, this has now been fixed in the latest update (2.2.11). You can force the update by going to the App Store, searching for VinylBox and tapping Update. Sorry about the inconvenience!

@VinylBox_App Good morning, your latest update has removed all pictures of record covers. Will this be resolved soon ? i’m in the middle of cataloging my vinyl and this makes it nearly impossible to carry on.

@Frikish Hi, I had to remove it from the App Store temporarily due to a bug with the app that resulted in too many requests. It appears as though it’s working now, so it could have been a Discogs API issue. I’ll make it available again. 🙂

@MiscAlex That’s a great idea, thank you! I can add it to this menu, an option to ‘Set as Default Folder’:

@MiscAlex I’ll think of some ways to accomplish this. Perhaps a pop-up menu when you long press the ‘Add to VinylBox’ button, which will allow you to choose a folder. And maybe a default folder in Settings. 🙂

@MiscAlex I’m glad you’re enjoying using VinylBox! Currently there is no way to directly add a release to a folder. That’s a great idea though!
