The Visible College

Emphasizing open inquiry, the discussion will address the cultural+professional stigma surrounding these topics, consider pathways for integrating anomalous inquiry and evidence into mainstream scholarship, and discuss with you why we should keep open minds in a shifting reality.

The panel will tackle the uneasy status of anomalies in the academy, from psi research to UFOs and the frontiers of consciousness.  Drawing from a range of disciplines, panelists will challenge assumptions about credibility, evidence and the politics of legitimacy.

What happens when persistent anomalies challenge established scientific frameworks and consensus reality? While science advances by confronting the unknown, why are certain lines of academic inquiry ridiculed or kept off-limits? Join us Apr 20 in DC as we tackle these questions.

Kids are naturals (and in fact commonly used as mediums in some cultures) because bounded selfhood comes later in neuro development.

100% - Stress inoculation in general, which includes trauma, heightens intuition. Think of intuition as like a Wi-Fi that connects to the Internet. Your intuition is what can connect you to the field of consciousness. People really misunderstand the nuance of the gay/left-handed factor. Here’s an example that will clear it up - Let’s say hypothetically 1 out of 1,000 people are gay/left-handed in the general population. And, 2 out of 1,000 people are gay/left-handed in the population of people with substantial predisposition for PSI, what that means is that while that is double the number, (from 1 to 2) it still means 998 people out of a 1,000 in the PSI community are not gay/left-handed. The overwhelming majority. I hope that makes sense.
