@VickyJa65753315 @TRAI @JioCare @jio_fiber This is happening across india by Jio. The big boy bullys everyone and no one from @TRAI keeps a check. Net does not work for 20% of time from 30 days recharge still no refund any time. The stupid helpline works on bots.

@TRAI i want to report a crime and ponzi scheme run by @JioCare @jio_fiber . They have taken recharge amount in advance. Now after repeatedly complains about no internet, no solution has been provided, above that they in name of company policy not even giving refund. 1/2

@deepank_ds @JioCare They are here just to make money from you. have not refunded me deposit since 1 yr after taking back device. They will auto cancel all the request, never bother to reply mails, helpline works on bot. You are left alone to help yourself. They do not have stores like @airtelindia

@JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.

@JioCare Kindly improve your customer service response as many members of our society are switching to @AirtelXtream or cable broadband. Stop bot based service and employ humans. 5 days just to visit n check the issue in this age ?

@mybmc @mybmc @AshwiniBhide Please check my complain mentioned above and acknowledge it. That big crater on entire width of single lane approach road to jvlr is very risky to cross. There is no other way to reach jvlr from L&T Gate No. 5. Kindly look into this urgently.

Dear @mybmc @mybmcInfra In front of L&T Gate No. 5, while crossing over from LNT to get on to JVLR, right at the junction, there is a big crater on the entire width of road which will damage some vehicle. Request you to pls fill it up. It is right next to Traffic Police chowki.
