My team is in Brookland today handing out flyers for next Tuesday’s Community Meeting regarding the Burroughs Field Swing Space. Make plans to be there: 📆 January 23 ⏰ 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. 📍 Burroughs Elementary (1820 Monroe St NE)

Today, DC Public Schools (@dcpublicschools) announced that it will commission the use of the field adjacent to Burroughs Elementary for swing space during the modernization of both Burroughs and Bunker Hill Elementary Schools. Here is my statement regarding this announcement.
