.@TATAAIGIndia is the worst Health Insurance. My wife had a minor surgery and during the discharge the Cashless team has made us to wait since morning till now.
They haven’t replied to the TPA of the hospital since last 5 hours and counting. We personally called the Tata AIG team multiple times & their standard reply is that ‘wait for another 1 hour’. This has been going on since last 3 hours.
