I’ve had lots of jobs — bartender, Teamster, union leader, 20-year firefighter. Now, the biggest problem we face is a Washington that burns working people. I’m running for Congress in one of the closest districts to take on the billionaires and big corporations holding us back.

This Memorial Day, we honor the men and women who gave their lives for our country and our freedoms. Their courage and their love for this country is something we should never take for granted. We remember them, and we hold their families in our hearts.

I hear it on the campaign trail, in the firehouse, and in the union hall: costs are out of control and politicians are making it worse. That’s why I’m running. I caught up with Bob Brooks at Fiesta on Hamilton in Allentown on Sunday and he attacks Mackenzie's Harvard background. Says Mackenzie has never had a real job in his life other than being an elected politician.
